Planning Manager, Mobile Network Core

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent.
Knowledge on circuit switch, packet switch, VoLTE/VoWifi mobile network architecture including SMS and MMS charging. Familiar with 3GPP charging specifications.
Familiarity with Ericsson Multi-mediation (EMM) platform will be an advantage.
Working knowledge in Unix (Oracle Solaris or HP) and Network Administration and other programming language e.g. C/C++, Perl, AWK, Shell scripting will be desirable.
Self-driven and goal-oriented, besides possessing the ability to work in a team setting.
Candidate shall also be able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external customers, peers and project managers.
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.
Well-organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously on tight timelines.
Good working knowledge on Window applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project etc).


Business Development & Operations Executive, Dash
Support the Business Development & Marketing team in implementation and execution of Dash marketing campaigns.
Manage multiple project implementations and timelines with vendors and merchants.
Coordinate with agency to conduct island-wide Mystery Shopping.
Conduct Mystery shopping for outlets by industry regularly.
To provide report of the payment landscape by industry and to work with BD to formulate a plan to improve Singtel Dash promotions and presence in the payment space.
Manage and support the promotions and campaigns by ensuring campaigns are being uploaded on a timely manner and accurately on Rewards platform.
Perform data extraction and conduct analysis of Dash consumer to run targeted campaigns/promotions.
To support testing for app/platform prior to new roll out of new Singtel Dash application version.
To address issue that may arise from merchants and to work with internal/external stakeholders to resolve the issue.
Monthly tracking of project costs and ensure costs are within the allocated budget.


Min. Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of managing multiple projects and schedules; and customer facing with ops background.
Able to multi-task and manage multiple schedules and deadlines
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal skills as the incumbent is required to work across different internal departments as well as manage good relationships with merchants.
Meticulous and detail oriented

We have an opportunity for a Incentives Program Manager - Retail to join our Consumer Team based in Sydney, Macquarie Park Campus.

TheIncentives Program Manager is responsible for the end to end execution of the Retail channel incentive program ‘Beyond Yes’. The role is primarily focussed on creating and delivering outstanding, unique and rewarding experiences for our Retail frontline staff to drive both engagement and customer growth. Some examples include the ad-hoc, monthly and quarterly strategic and tactical incentives to drive sales growth and quarterly events.

This role will work closely with partner agencies and key stakeholders in Retail and within the Customer Division as well as other departments such as Sales and Service, Marketing & Product, Brand, HR/Remuneration and Benefits

The role plays an integral role in achieving  the Yes Champions vision of delivering ‘A brilliant Rewards and Recognition program, love by our people, driving a sustainable culture of overachievement, celebration and success’ by:

Delivering flawless execution of our yearly Yes Champions incentive program through developing and driving strategies across all products and sales staff
Engage retail frontline and internal sales via effective communication and events.
End to end management of program communications and events to build  a well-informed and highly engaged sales team
Establishing and maintaining ongoing dialogue and relationships between sales leaders and key stakeholders to develop strategies to use the incentives as a lever to close the gap in sales targets vs actuals.
Management of program sales data to ensure accurate and regular reporting of how participants are tracking in the program.

Proven ability in communication strategy implementation with a demonstrated successful outcome
Minimum of 2 - 6 years experience in a communications/events environment experience in a sales area would be well regarded

Inside Sales Account Manager
1. Financial

a. Achieve sales targets

2. Operations

a. Develop and execute GTM Territory plan for services and revenue measured. Territory plan to be reviewed every quarter
b. Liaise with customer to complete all paperwork for renewal / new deals (fill up SRCA form etc.)
c. Liaise with customer and internal stakeholders on implementation till the services are activated
d. Enter prospects in CRM
e. Partner with TAMs in Singapore and AMs overseas, in case of SGO accounts on order or requirements and on activities such as account planning, seeking TAM support for deal closure etc.
f. First level of handling and resolving customer issues (e.g. billing, dispute, post-sales etc.)
g. Support marketing or product campaigns to achieve target
h. Work with SingTel resellers/ partners for account coverage
i. Manage sales forecasts in CRM with accuracy
j. Perform routine follow-up calls
k. Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items


Minimum qualification: GCE “A” levels or diploma graduates or degree holders and/or minimum 2 years of sales/customer service experience for other qualification holders
Ability to establish and cultivate strong internal and customer focused relationships and work seamlessly within a matrix managed environment
Good verbal communication skills with good telephone etiquette and a pleasant voice
Customer oriented, enthusiastic, pleasant disposition, good attitude, hard working, patient and possesses a strong willingness to learn
Good understanding of telecommunication services is a plus
