The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent.
Knowledge on circuit switch, packet switch, VoLTE/VoWifi mobile network architecture including SMS and MMS charging. Familiar with 3GPP charging specifications.
Familiarity with Ericsson Multi-mediation (EMM) platform will be an advantage.
Working knowledge in Unix (Oracle Solaris or HP) and Network Administration and other programming language e.g. C/C++, Perl, AWK, Shell scripting will be desirable.
Self-driven and goal-oriented, besides possessing the ability to work in a team setting.
Candidate shall also be able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external customers, peers and project managers.
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.

Business Development & Operations Executive, Dash
Support the Business Development & Marketing team in implementation and execution of Dash marketing campaigns.
Manage multiple project implementations and timelines with vendors and merchants.
Coordinate with agency to conduct island-wide Mystery Shopping.
Conduct Mystery shopping for outlets by industry regularly.
To provide report of the payment landscape by industry and to work with BD to formulate a plan to improve Singtel Dash promotions and presence in the payment space.
Manage and support the promotions and campaigns by ensuring campaigns are being uploaded on a timely manner and accurately on Rewards platform.
Perform data extraction and conduct analysis of Dash consumer to run targeted campaigns/promotions.
To support testing for app/platform prior to new roll out of new Singtel Dash application version.
To address issue that may arise from merchants and to work with internal/external stakeholders to resolve the issue.
Monthly tracking of project costs and ensure costs are within the allocated budget.
Min. Diploma holder with at least 1-2 years of managing multiple projects and schedules; and customer facing with ops background.
Able to multi-task and manage multiple schedules and deadlines
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal skills as the incumbent is required to work across different internal departments as well as manage good relationships with merchants.

Inside Sales Account Manager
a. Achieve sales targets
a. Develop and execute GTM Territory plan for services and revenue measured. Territory plan to be reviewed every quarter
b. Liaise with customer to complete all paperwork for renewal / new deals (fill up SRCA form etc.)
c. Liaise with customer and internal stakeholders on implementation till the services are activated
d. Enter prospects in CRM
e. Partner with TAMs in Singapore and AMs overseas, in case of SGO accounts on order or requirements and on activities such as account planning, seeking TAM support for deal closure etc.
f. First level of handling and resolving customer issues (e.g. billing, dispute, post-sales etc.)
g. Support marketing or product campaigns to achieve target
h. Work with SingTel resellers/ partners for account coverage
i. Manage sales forecasts in CRM with accuracy
