PROJECT CONTROLLER
Location: Singapore
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·        Provide cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating leadership on the Project.
·        Serve as a technical expert in cost control, planning/scheduling, and estimating. Understand the relationships between the project controls functions—estimating, planning/scheduling, cost control, and risk management.  
·        Implement and execute proper controls to proactively support, monitor, and communicate budget, actual status, and forecast costs, labor hours, and quantities for the Project.
·        Provide a proactive contribution to the management of risk, cost, and quantities on the project.  Determine the most critical measures and implement systems of control to provide timely feedback.  Follow through on these items to improve the opportunity for success.
·        Analyze risk to forecast contingencies. Support contingency management.
·        Develop, publish, and promote the use of change control procedures.  With project team, follow through on the procedures to recover all costs not specifically defined by the contract.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·        Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related technical field. 
·        Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience.
·        Understand EPC/full service project delivery processes and apply the principles of project controls work processes and practices as it relates to the development of cost control.
·        Good data handling manipulation skills.
·        Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.
·        Working knowledge of Ecosys preferred.
·        Ability to effectively communicate complex project controls information to varied audiences including engineering, project/construction management, and project teams. 



HEALTH OFFICER
Location: Singapore
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·        Assist the Superintending Officer (SO)/ SO’s representatives (SOR) to identify and access any foreseeable risk arising from worksite or work processes
·        Recommend to the SO/SOR reasonable practicable measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that worksite or may be affected by the occupier’s undertaking in the worksite
·        Recommend to the SO/SOR such reasonable practicable measures to minimise the risk and such safe work procedures to control the risk, where it is not reasonably practicable to eliminate the risk
·        Assist the SO/SOR to implement the measures and safe work procedures
·        May be required to work on irregular hours
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·        Qualified person who has successfully completed the relevant training courses approved by the Commissioner for Workplace Safety and Health to equip him/her to become a WSH Officer and is competent to perform the functions and duties of a WSH Officer
·        Have at least 3 years of practical experience relevant to the work to be performed by a WSH Officer in engineering construction
·        Those with minimum 10 years’ experience in construction of large infrastructure projects, preferably water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects and registered with MOM with the prevailing WSHO safety qualifications may be considered for a more senior role

·        Assist clients with development of permitting strategies, define data collection needs, lead toxicity identification/toxicity reduction evaluation (TIE/TRE) studies, define and/or conduct water quality modeling activities, provide input and/or conduct bench and pilot scale proof-of-concept studies, develop and implement water/wastewater sampling plans, draft NPDES permit applications, etc
·        Work closely with project teams and clients to guide industrial project development, as well as regulatory compliance strategies that maximize operating flexibility and reduce total project costs.
·        Manage multiple small to mid-sized consulting projects, while providing task management and technical contributions to multi-discipline teams to bring innovative solutions to industrial water/wastewater permitting and water quality problems.

·        20 years experience in water quality related industrial water/stormwater management preferably as applied to the oil & gas, petroleum refining, petrochemical, and mining industries

CONSTRUCTION APPROVAL PERMITTING SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·        Identify and track status of all permits and 3rd party approvals required, including renewals of the permits before they expire
·        Monitor the design and build (DB) contractor performance of its permitting and 3rd party approvals
·        Assist DB contractors when required to obtain permits and 3rd party approvals
·        Liaise closely with permitting and 3rd party agencies, on the status of permit and approval applications including identifying issues and delays and developing corrective plans with the DB contractors

·        Project Manage the Kuwait ITS Master Plan.
·        To provide technical leadership for ITS projects within the Region – liaising as necessary with ITS experts elsewhere within the company
