Location: Germany
  • Lead execution of sale or acquisition processes of HOCHTIEF AG
  • Lead different aspects of any transaction, without limitation
  • Responsible for commercial, financial, valuation and other analyses of companies and transactions
  • Responsible for preparation and negotiation of transaction contracts
  • Lead investor/target relationships
  • Selection and coordination of advisors
  • 7-10 years’ experience, primarily in corporate M&A, M&A advisory or private equity
  • Proven track record of closed transactions
  • Degree in economics or business with accounting and finance studies or experience. MBA or Legal background a plus
  • Robust technical skills (financial, accounting, complex modeling and valuation)
  • Experience in analyses of markets, companies and preparation of business plans
  • Experience conducting buy-side and sell-side due diligence processes
  • Experience preparing and negotiating transaction contracts
  • Ability to prepare Board presentations and memorandums

Location: Europe
  • Processing and analysis of risk information of the Group and of external Clients
  • Negotiation and placement of insurances to improve the risk/profit profile
  • Expansion of business activities by means of profitable reinsurance/insurance portfolios
  • Optimization of current business processes
  • Intensive cooperation with the operating companies and at joint ventures, in particular in North America
  • Continuous exchange with reinsurance/insurance companies (cedants)
  • Regular contact with Luxembourg's insurance supervisory authority (CAA)
  • Travel to national and international business partners
  • Successfully completed studies of economic science or vocational training as insurance clerk with several years of relevant job experience
  • Entrepreneurial, profit-oriented theoretical and practical approach
  • Analytical thinking, flexibility, open-mindedness and ability to work in a team
  • Management experience, communication competence
  • Commercial expertise in the field of IFRS and risk management
  • Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of French and/or German desirable
  • Confident appearance and manner in dealings with internal and external business partners
  • Routine handling of MS Office

Location: Qatar
  • Support the 4D model management
  • Support the ViCon team during testing and evaluation of software products in pilot projects
  • Support the ViCon team build international activity
  • Create presentations
  • Work independently in some areas of ViCon projects
  • Studies engineering/construction, architecture or information technology with a focus on construction or a related major
  • Practice with 3D modelling or data integration
  • Affinity to building information modelling or knowledge of information technology in generel
  • Experience working with Nemetschek, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D and/or QlikView is a definite advantage
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

Location: Germany
  • Independent preparation of 3D models in coordination with other disciplines based on 2D
         drawings or laser scans (no design)
  • Process and assist projects in tender or construction stages based on BIM / 3D models
  • Coordinate production of 2D drawings (issued for construction) from 3D models
  • Quality Management of 3D models and data integration
  • Assist writing model guidelines and implement company, project and software standards
  • Generate quantities and lists of items out of 3D models
  • Estimate work efforts for the creation of 3D models and meet deadlines
  • Manage collaboration and data exchange between BIM project participants
  • Completed technical education or relevant academic degree (postgraduate preferred) in
         engineering or architecture
  • Vast knowledge in 3D modeling (with Revit MEP and / or Revit Architecture Minimum 
         Version 2014)
  • Familiar with creation and modification of complex Revit families
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in BIM modeling and updating of 3D models
  • Good knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trades in an advantage
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work independently, conscientiously and reliably
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility to change the location for project-related temporary

Location: Europe
  • Management of Business Office Norway in accordance with the legal and regulatory requirements
  • Representation of the business office to clients, subcontractors, public authorities and other third parties
  • Budget and earnings responsibility
  • Guidance and recruitment of staff
  • Regular reporting to the Management of the Nordic Branch
  • Completed studies of civil engineering or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in a comparable function in the field of tunneling and infrastructure construction with leadership responsibility
  • Good knowledge of the Norwegian market
  • Established network with clients (as well as planning/design offices, partners and potential subcontractors)
  • Very good knowledge of Norwegian and English; knowledge of German would be of advantage
  • High degree of social intelligence and reliable negotiating skills
