  • Responsible for completing specific portions of assigned tasks working closely with project engineers and project managers.
  • Maintain open communication with project team members.

  • Perform design calculations, gather and compile data.
  • Make comparative Engineering and Economic evaluations
  • Develop facilities layouts and perform construction engineering tasks, working closely with project engineer and project managers

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Location: U.S.A
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Assisting Engineers by performing the routine aspects for engineering assignments
  • Performing design calculations and structural evaluations
  • Preparing and editing designs recommended by Project Engineers
  • Preparing portions of project documents including drawings and specifications
  • Researching code and regulatory requirements
  • Researching design options, component specifications and document findings for Project Engineers and Job Manager
  • Involvement in Construction including site inspections, review of shop drawings, and responding to contractor’s questions.  As needed, prepare alternate designs to resolve construction challenges
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Responsible for field work and office work for remediation of contaminated sites located primarily in Pennsylvania.
  • Field work includes, but is not limited to: sampling soil, groundwater, surface water, sediment, soil gas, and indoor air; aquifer testing; closure of underground storage tanks; oversight of remedial actions; and, oversight of geophysical testing.
  • Office work includes, but is not limited to: subcontractor coordination; report writing; summarizing data in tables and figures; and, additional client support such as cost estimation
