DEPUTY RESEARCH DIRECTOR
Location: UNITED STATES
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Managing a team of researchers charged with producing comprehensive opposition research products on candidates involved in U.S. Senate races;
  • Overseeing research team’s collection of information from legislative votes, news clips, campaign finance reports, financial and legal records, and research databases;
  • Managing and performing rapid response research projects in key electoral races in coordination with the research director and communications team;
  • Assisting and training less experienced researchers; and,
  • Other duties as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least three election cycles of opposition research employment;
  • Experience as a Senate or statewide campaign research director strongly preferred;
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines a must;
  • Strong commitment to teamwork;
  • Previous experience managing staff required.



DIGITAL DIRECTOR
Location: UNITED STATES
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Creating and then overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive digital program that will cut across multiple platforms, including both paid and organic communications.
  • Working with press and research teams on content creation and distribution with the goal of amplifying the reach of our messaging; managing strategists responsible for implementing programs.  
  • Setting objectives, monitoring projects from start to finish, and identifying opportunities to advance our narratives and meet goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of six years of relevant digital marketing experience, including reporting and data analysis, creative content development, organic social platforms, and paid advertising programs in a fast paced, campaign style environment.
  • Experience managing and cultivating staff.
  • Expertise in developing and managing paid digital advertising budgets and programs that cut across various platforms; ability to lead creative development process for organic and paid digital content. 
  • Strong background in testing and analysis of digital programs.

  • Present research to partners; work with partners on an ongoing basis to meet their research needs.
