CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST

STATUTORY ANALYST
Location: MALAYSIA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Deals with external auditors under general/minimal supervision.
  • Mainly involved in managing the external audit for countries spread within the APAC, Middle East & Africa region. Key point of contact for communication/resolution of audit issues.
  • Review of statutory financial statements and coordination of audit requests by working closely with Regional Accounting Centre (RAC) functional teams, Country Accounting Centre (CAC) Leads, tax, legal, company secretary, operations and other BHI internal teams wherever relevant.
  • Active liaison with RAC and CAC statutory team to ensure completion of all statutory filings within the region in a timely manner and within the stipulated statutory deadlines.
  • Prepares the audit pack and draft the statutory financial statements that are in compliance to the local statutory requirements.
  • Analytical support, to analyze and prepare Audit Packs and Variance Analysis
  • To continually review processes and seek to communicate and implement changes to improve efficiency, particularly by leveraging on audit issues and findings encountered during the financial year.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/ etc).
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in external audit and in planning/ analysis filed
  • Experience working in commercial field will be added advantage
  • Possesses and applies knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Possesses good analytical and inter-personal skills.
  • Able to multitask, independent, proactive and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in Analysis, variance commentary and reporting
  • Experience in auditing oil and gas, manufacturing, chemical company would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge in SAP and HFM will be added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Accountable for revenue, margin, sales planning, execution & personnel
  • Day to day focus to include safe operations, DOT and safety compliance, product and service delivery/execution, billing, inventory and facility management
  • Demonstrates externally and internally, comprehensive, specialized knowledge of company's Upstream Chemicals products and services, customer requirements and competitive market, along with an understanding of external and internal decision networks
  • Develops, communicates, implements and monitors sales strategies that contribute towards the growth of the district.  Build and maintain an evergreen list of customer growth targets resulting in new opportunities for revenue growth.  Proactively monitors and manages outcomes versus expectations

RELIABILITY ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Provide continual technical support to Operations and AMO facilities.
  • Advise internal and external customers as a technical expert regarding product design and product upgrades.

  • Capable of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly. 
  • Maintains all required log books and inspection reports. 
  • Completes pre and post trip inspections plus fuels cleans and services the units 
  • Maintains assigned equipment, performs daily inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety requirements 
  • Report all operational deficiencies to supervisor and maintenance personnel 
  • Proficiently performs equipment inspection and maintenance as requested and completes paperwork

  • Produce completed, calibrated and tested ILI tools for Operations use
  • Provide technical operation and troubleshooting support to Operations field technicians including evenings and weekends on an on-call basis
  • Troubleshoot systems and assemblies, including failure analysis and reporting, and propose corrective actions to prevent future recurrences
  • Verify functionality of tool electronics systems and assemblies before use
  • Assemble and test new electronics systems
  • Manage equipment assignment using the BHI EPDQA material management system
  • Provide technical operation and troubleshooting support to Operations field technicians, including evenings and weekends on an on-call basis

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
