  • We are looking for a creative and driven individual who can inspire our team. You will be communicating with our brand Retail Managers regarding staff performance, ability, and morale whilst also driving activity and events to drive the sales in store and meet sales targets.
  • The successful candidate for this role will have a proven background in a similar level role. You will ideally have worked within the beauty industry and have a strong awareness of the competitors and market.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2-5 years in a similar role
  • Experience in beauty retail/ beauty customer service

DEPARTMENT MANAGER

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have gained strong retail experience within a leadership role. You will have ideally managed a large team over multiple brands.

ASSISTANT RETAIL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who can inspire their team. You will be tasked to manage the operation of your brands, support strategic decisions, implement sales and marketing activities to ensure planned revenues are achieved whilst working within budgeted costs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • This role requires someone who has the ability to motivate and develop their team to meet the company and brands requirements. You should have excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage a diverse team.




SHOWROOM MANAGER
Location: QATAR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Plan and execute such strategies as to ensure that the budgeted target for showroom is achieved or exceeded in volume and profit term 
  • Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team to achieve targets successfully. 
  • Monitor sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of need, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process. 
  • Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolution. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Graduate in any discipline 
  • 5+ years’ experience in similar role 
  • Good knowledge of Automobile sales gained through formal training and work experience 
  • Full understanding of show room merchandising 
  • Dynamic and proactive personality 
  • Preferably bilingual (Arabic and English)

RECEPTIONIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls, provide necessary information /guidance to the caller and transfer the calls to the relevant personnel in the office. 
  • Control the distribution of access cards for the visitors and maintain a register to log in the details 
  • Ensure that cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the reception area and essential housekeeping standards are adhered to represent an appropriate corporate image. 
  • Ensure that all equipment / furniture are always in proper working condition and impeccably maintained. 
  • Coordinate and manage room bookings [Business centre and L&D] in an efficient and prompt manner

MAKE UP ARTIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • You will be required to deliver excellent customer service through identifying customer needs, recommend and demonstrate products whilst carrying out a makeover, link products and close the sale. You would need to follow up with regular customers and their make up needs and promote repeat sales.
  • As a Make Up Artist, you will receive regular training from the brand to refine your artistry skills and provide you with all the necessary knowledge you will need to be able to make sales reach targets.  
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • To be successful, you will have had to have gained previous experience in retail sales and ideally have training in Cosmetology & Make Up with at least 3 years hands-on experience in beauty industry.
  • As a Make Up Artist for Al Tayer Group, you must display a strong passion in make up. You must be self - motivated and must possess very good selling skills. You must be a good communicator with an immaculate grooming and pleasing personality.
SKINCARE ADVISOR
Location: U.A.E
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • As a Skincare Advisor for Kiehl's, you will be working with a dynamic team whose common goal is to deliver excellent customer service and driving the sales of the store. As per the standards set out in the operating manual, you would need to ensure product / hygiene guidelines are maintained.
  • You would need to cultivate customer loyalty by offering facial massage services by prior appointment and maintain customer database cards.
    Working in Beauty industry, you must be a good communicator and display immaculate grooming and confidence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong passion in giving skin consultations and facials. You must have a training in Cosmetology or Beauty Therapy and at least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a skin care brand.
  • Working in Beauty industry, you must be a good communicator and display immaculate grooming and confidence.
BEAUTY CONSULTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • As a Beauty Consultant for Kiehl's, you will be required to deliver excellent customer service through identifying customer needs, demonstrate good brand knowledge, link products and close the sale.
  • You would need to maintain customer database cards and cultivate loyal customers by providing complimentary beauty consultations, make-overs and professional advice on cosmetics and skincare treatments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • You must be at least high school graduate with at least 1-2 years’ experience in beauty industry.
  • As a Beauty Consultant for Kiehl's, you must have outgoing personality and possess immaculate grooming that reflects brand image of luxury and prestige. You must display strong passion for beauty.
FRAGRANCE ADVISOR
Location: U.A.E
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • As a Fragrance Advisor, you will be working with our exclusive perfume brands like Caron, Penhaligons, L'Artisan, Diptyque, The Fragrance Kitchen, Frederic Malle and other Niche fragrances under our portfolio.
  • You will be working with a store team with a common objective of delivering excellent customer service and driving sales by identifying customer needs, and demonstrating good brand knowledge.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • The ideal candidate must display strong passion in scents and fragrances. You must have a basic training in Fragrances and must have at least 1 to 2 years’ experience the same field.
