JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Assist Head of Security on all security management & enforcement in business
·         Provide professional security advice and support to all SMEP businesses
·         Establish & maintain a close contact & rapport with the police, MMEA, Navy & other government bodies as may be necessary & of benefit to the property.
·         Ensure that the Security Department is organized & run in an efficient & cost effective at all times, taking into consideration that a certain level of security will always be necessary.
·         Ensure that all security personnel carry out their duties in accordance with their job descriptions and that all security personnel are interchangeable in their functions.
·         Review all security measures, procedures, equipment & methods from time to time for protective & preventive purposes so as to maintain efficiently tight security control.

BUSINESS SECURITY MANAGER
Location: MALAYSIA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Providing security support and advice to Shell Businesses and Functions in Malaysia.
·         Identifying and assessing security threats to the Business, and ensuring that the risks posed by terrorism, armed conflict, criminality, organised crime, activism, civil unrest and information security in Malaysia are continually assessed and brought to Business Leaders’ attention with appropriate advice on mitigation.
·         Providing adequate and timely operational security support and advice across Shell’s business operations in Malaysia.
·         Delivering security assessments and plans for Shell Capital Projects as required in the Opportunity Realisation Standards.
·         Maintaining coordination with relevant authorities and industry groups, including Mutual Aid groups that provide support during emergencies.
·         Providing Maritime Security advice to the Business and ensuring all maritime compliance obligations are met.
·         Facilitating and updating Security Risk Assessments (SRA) and Security Plans (SP) for Shell’s Business assets in Malaysia.
·         Assisting the Business in managing anti-counterfeiting programs and initiatives as required.
·         Maintaining coordination with relevant law enforcement authorities and security industry groups.

DISABILITY MANAGEMENT NURSE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Provide leadership on the short term disability management program (medical case management component).
·         Provide individual medical case management of work & non-work related illness or injury for Albian team members. This requires early case identification, assessment & intervention techniques, effective case management & follow-up to mitigate factors (e.g. medical & non-medical) that interfere with employees' safely remaining at work or returning to work as soon as possible.
·         Coordinate/expedite clinical investigations, health assessments, medical case management & action plans as appropriate.
