AIRLINES AREA SALES MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Located in the APAC region and reporting to the Airlines Aftermarket Sales Director in APAC, this position is responsible for profitable revenue growth at assigned MRO Air Transport account(s) in the APAC region. 
·         Responsible for achieving AOP at assigned Airlines account(s). Drive demand firming.
·         Use SFDC and data analytics to build account plans that focus on driving growth at assigned account(s). Strong focus on RMU sales and securing repair & overhaul business on all Honeywell products through the most profitable channels. Responsible for all sales to an Airline which requires alignment and coordination with the Airlines Selectables, Connected Aircraft sales team, Service Sales, Tech Sales and Honeywell Aerospace Trading (HAT) for spares sales. 
·         Team with C&PS and Aftermarket CBT Business Manager to present a simple way of doing business with our customers. 
·         Work with the Sales Excellence team for all SFDC related inputs, deal approvals and sales training. 
·         Daily engagement with senior management at Airline customer(s) as well as frequent briefings to Honeywell senior leadership.
·         Provide input to AOP and STRAP process.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·         Bachelor’s Degree (Industry equivalent qualification plus demonstrated experience in sales considered) 
·         Minimum of 6 years Airlines industry, product and sales knowledge experience 
·         Minimum of 2 years Sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth 
·         Strong business acumen 
ORDER MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

SALES COMPENSATION ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Support Quota Deployment with global commission team and sales leaders.
·         Support commission guidance communication with sales leaders and sales team
·         Administer our Sales Incentive plan for all participants. \\Tracking acceptance of plan by each participant. 
·         Support Ad Hoc systems and data requests from our Commissions and Sales Functional Leaders. Pulling of reports from various sources.
·         Preparation and distribution of various monthly revenue reports as needed by the region and globally. Be involved in determination of participant results and calculation for all payments.

·         Stay close to the business functional leaders to properly scope the resource requirements – short term and long term;

ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

·         Performs sensor electrical design functions on cross functional New Product Development team. Tasks include defining customer requirements, developing and selecting best concepts, detailed product design, design
validation and product release.
·         Create detailed designs and documentation for sensors, and electrical assemblies.
·         Create software for product, production, and/or laboratory use during product development.
·         Analyze complex sensor output data sets to develop optimum calibration algorithms.
·         Create analog, digital or mixed signal computer models to simulate various concepts.
·         Follows a structured New Product Development Process in a global team environment.
