·         Monitors the daily progress of the works at Site.
·         Determine whether subcontractors are providing sufficient work force and hours of work to achieve performance commitments.
·         Participate in work schedule reviews with the subcontractors and make sure the works are coordinated with other trades. Make sure contractors issue two weeks look ahead schedules every week.
·         Monitor actual versus target or required performance by subcontractors.
·         Manage the contractor to ensure that the work is started and completed at the correct time for the benefit of the whole schedule. Sequencing of work in the correct sequence is the first priority. Participate in on site coordination between other MEP Services and architectural
·         Be thoroughly familiar with the project requirements – drawings, specifications, procedures.
·         Coordinate with Consultants in matters relating to the administration of quality control procedures on the jobsite.
·         A recognized Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer or equivalent
·         Knowledge in CONQUAS/ QLASSIC is an added advantage;
·         Minimum 10 years of experience in managing high-rise development/ infrastructure/ / hotels/ theme parks;
·         Must be proficient with the regulations of the local authority and other relevant compliances;

·         Review and comment material submittal, method statement, inspection test plan, factory test procedures, temporary work design and any other MEP relevant works from construction perspective
·         Supervise, monitor and ensure construction works confirmed with the project specifications and are carried out in accordance with good engineering and construction practices and carry out inspection of defects and outstanding works during the completion of the project with punch list / defect list
·         Conduct site QA/QC audit and issue NCR as and when necessary and monitor and track all document submittals
·         Attend site meeting, inspection and witness all testing
·         A recognized Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
·         Minimum 8 years of working experience as assistant resident engineer at site
·         Relevant site experience in water urban development (i.e. water drainage, sewerage, water treatment)

·         Oversee the assigned duties within a work package and ensure that the works are delivered in accordance to the works specification, quality and safety requirements;
·         Responsible for following up and monitoring on instructions & commitments associated with the project;
·         Checking and reviewing Contractor’s Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan, Method Statements and other documents;
·         Monitors site staff performance;
·         Supervising the execution of all technical aspects of the assigned scope of the project;
·         Resolving site issues on site and oversee the early resolution of any technical and resources issues;
·         Assigning responsibilities to key subordinates in their respective fields of duties;

·         A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
·         Minimum 12 years of related experience on major infrastructure projects and high rise development with mechanical and electrical capability
·         Preferably registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as Professional Engineer or other recognised bodies such as Chartered Engineer or equivalent
·         Management on a municipal construction project for quality control and adherence with applicable provincial standards (Ontario Electrical Safety Code, Ontario Building Code), application national standards (National Electrical Code), engineering design and technical specifications
·         Review of shop drawings for compliance with construction contract documents
·         Documentation of construction site activities (daily diaries, photo logs, survey checks, field progress reports)
·         Site inspections to confirm that the contractor's work is in general conformance with drawings and specifications and is progressing on schedule
·         Clarification of drawings and specifications
·         Provide problem resolution/field solutions with respect to unforeseen construction issues
·         Assist with issuance of field instructions, change orders and other construction administrative documentation
·         Complete periodic field survey checks to ensure the contractor is installing infrastructure in the correct location
·         Engineering diploma or higher
·         10+ years of related experience in water /waste water biased towards electrical site construction inspection and contract administration
·         Proven team management skills with capability to work with a wide variety of individuals, and have the skills and abilities necessary to lead engineers, designers, and technical and support staff
·         Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
·         Must be able to read, write, comprehend and fluently speak the English language
·         Knowledge in document control, record keeping and construction administration
·         Valid driver’s license and must have transportation to and from the project site

·         Contribute to the successful design, production, coordination and management of building mechanical systems
·         Apply advanced engineering techniques to solving design challenges
·         Assist in organizing and maintaining mechanical design guidelines
·         Provide technical support and supervision to technologists and junior engineers
·         Review shop drawings and maintenance manuals for compliance with construction documents
·         Provide contract administration services, including site reviews during construction
·         Work closely with other engineering disciplines, Project Managers and Business Lines within multi-disciplinary project delivery teams
·         Ensure that deliverables (e.g., drawings, specifications, calculations, reports) comply with sound engineering practice and applicable codes and standards
·         Experience working on projects that were executed using REVIT or a similar 3D BIM Product
·         Familiarity with the Ontario Building Code, CSA and NFPA Standards
·         University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
·         5+ years relevant experience in the design of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and Building Automation Systems
·         Current Registration as a Professional Engineer in good standing with a provincial association in Canada

·         Lead the planning and preliminary design for the program development phase
·         Develop project management plans that identify the processes and procedures that will be used to manage the projects, including: costs, schedule, scope, risk, communications, and stakeholder’s integration
·         Development of initial project work scopes, project milestones, preparation and delivery of workshops
·         Initiate consultant agreements
·         Attend progress meetings and report on monthly progress
·         Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
·         15+ years of relevant professional experience
·         Ability to lead a team from beginning through to completion

·         Oversee the work of the contractor on transportation and municipal infrastructure construction projects
·         Co-ordinate with the Contractor for confirming survey, layout and construction within required tolerances
·         Review the quality and type of materials delivered to sites as well as the methods and means and finished products to ensure conformance with designs and specifications
·         Provide inspection of various items in accordance with the Inspection Task Manual
·         Prepare monthly progress quantity reports for work completed by the contractor for payment and work with the client to ensure proper preparation of Payment Certificates
·         Work with the Contract Administrator to prepare and issue Site Instructions, Contemplated Change Orders and Change Orders
·         Work with the design team to understand the nature of the work, review drawings, specifications and contract item lists and provide constructability comments to the designers as appropriate
·         College CET diploma or equivalent
·         5+ years of directly related experience
·         Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
·         Strong organizational and record keeping skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office

·         Monitor contractor safety programs to assess that the client requirements are met
·         Evaluate contractor’s performance and administer contracts during construction
·         Review work with project designers and contractors to confirm that procedures are being followed and that contractors’ are in compliance with project plans and specifications
·         Bachelor's degree in related field or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience
·         8+ years of relevant work experience including, highway and road construction inspection and contract administration
·         Excellent oral and written communication skills
·         Must possess a valid driver's license
