JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Perform functional duties, gathering of data and assigned tasks under guidance and supervision of assigned mentor.

PROCESS ENGINEER
Location: QATAR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Develop procedures for implementation on small projects.
·         Prepare technical reports on small technical studies or projects.
·         Undertake independent studies, analysis, interpretations and make conclusions on small projects and tasks.
·         Assist senior engineers in complex analyses and assignments.
·         Understand and implement all relevant policies and procedures of company, to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
·         Understand and utilizes the relevant Qatargas management control systems.

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION:





·         Develop project plans and schedules and execute small projects within the area of specialization with a high degree of independence.
·         Assist in project cost analysis. Monitor and minimize project related cost expenditures.
·         Perform preliminary analysis and design for all engineering projects.
·         Perform engineering surveillance and review of technical documents.
·         Assist in specialized technical and operational investigation and evaluation of complex tasks, providing recommendations on the most appropriate approach.

HR EXCELLENCE LEAD
Location: QATAR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Lead in assisting the HR Manager in the formation of an annual HR integrated plan through strategic planning to align organizational goals with improvement initiatives and organizational needs.
·         Lead in the information and delivery of the annual HR Business Controls Calendar and coordinate the associated activities across the department and with the organization, to ensure effective HR operations aligned to HR strategic areas and organizational requirements.
·         Standardize, integrate and streamline HR processes supported as necessary through IT solutions, supported by focused benchmarking and targeted process improvement.

HEAD OF MANPOWER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Controls, directs and coordinates manpower planning activities which includes directing the preparation of annual manpower budget, manpower portion of the Business Plan, updating of organization charts, keeping of manpower data and statistics and preparation of manpower monthly reports. Directs and monitors manpower control activities, to ensure that all promotions, transfers, recruitment of staff, are within approved policies and procedures. Reviews departmental requests for additional manpower and recommends appropriate actions to Management.
·         Coordinates and participates in organizational development activities aiming at ensuring the maintenance of efficient structure capable of realizing the Company's mission and objectives.  Provides advice on appropriate, or best, organisation design and structure development to enable effective achievement of business objectives and advises department managers, during organizational reviews to ensure that manpower levels are observed and maintained in accordance with agreed planning models. 
·         Plans and direct the activities of assigned personnel in the Manpower Division and performs supervisory duties at the level established by management for the position.
·         Review the effects of proposed organization changes on current Qatari development plans and directs the updating and issuance of Qatargas organization charts to incorporate approved structural and manpower changes and supervises distribution to concerned parties.
