ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Part-time position - 15-20 hours per week. 
·         Local hire - Port Hedland 
·         Providing administrative support to the HSE and Training team on the Rail Project in Port Hedland 
·         Assisting in the control of stock levels of consumables, PPE and office supplies
·         Providing support as required to our existing Site Administrator in the booking of accommodation, flights and personnel mobilisation using ERMS.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·         High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent preferred

CONTRACT ADMIN, SPEC I
Location: UNITED STATES
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Participate in development of standard contract templates for a project 
·         Participate in negotiation of contract terms and conditions, coordinate technical scopes of work including interface with all project disciplines (including project controls, legal services, project management, construction, engineering, finance/accounting, and client) 
·         Participate in internal Request for Proposal (RFP) and RFP explanation meetings, contract pre-award meetings, final negotiations, and drafting/finalization of contract documents 
·         Perform contract management post-award activities through evaluating and status contractors’ productivity, schedule adherence, contract change management, invoicing and claims avoidance 
·         Perform closeout of contracts, finalize outstanding contract issues, issue of final modifications, invoices and coordinate completion of contractor performance evaluations 
·         Other duties as assigned

TOOL TECHNICIAN I

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Review repair needs of each item, with assistance, to assess the cost effectiveness of the repair 
·         Repair tools to proper working order 
·         Perform maintenance testing (after repair) to ensure the product is operating at full capacity 
·         Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards 
·         Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·         High School diploma or global equivalent 
·         One (1) year of experience in equipment industry 
·         Physically able to hold, repair, and adjust small tools 
·         Physically able to squat, stoop, bend, climb, lie on back, lift and pull, reach up and out, lift 70 pounds, carry 50 pounds, and use a 10 pound sledge hammer (or global weight equivalents) 
·         Display ability to learn tool repair and inventory control 
·         Basic knowledge of tool craftsmanship and repair techniques 
·         Ability to obtain internal forklift license
ARCHITECT II

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Apply cost competitive execution techniques to develop the most cost-effective total project solution for the discipline engineering work 
·         Develop and review project Scope of Services, Scope of Facilities, and other project baseline documents for all phases of projects 
·         Develop estimates and schedules, progress reports, including manpower forecasts 
·         Establish, track, and monitor material key quantities; provide analysis and forecasts

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         5 yrs. Project/Modification Nuclear planning experience. (Construction Planning preferred)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
·         Previous Maximo, Passport experience
·         Previous ASME experience and code knowledge 
·         Proficient knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook MS PowerPoint
·         High level computer skills using Microsoft Office Word and spreadsheet and database applications. 
·         Ability to perform field walk downs, climb ladders and climb stairs.

·         Plan and direct the work activities of all involved crafts for assigned construction crafts in alignment with available engineering deliverables, tools, construction equipment, and materials 
·         Approve or authorize the coordination of craft personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules; typically responsible to establish construction crew organization and composition including craftsmen qualification level, foremen and general foremen 
·         Directly support project and construction management with planning and utilization of proper means and methods for all construction activities

        Develop, implement, and direct the total Project Controls program on projects or lead one of the Project Controls’ functions in a large project 
        Implement the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to ensure that data are converted correctly from the original estimate to the Project Control system 
        Analyze variances in cost or schedule performance against the plan, and communicate the reasons for the issuance of variance and proposed mitigation plans to Project Management 
        Contribute to the proposal efforts for cost or scheduling activities 
        As Lead Cost review project profit recognition; provide evaluation of opportunities with management
