  • Coordinate with business units and geo-markets to develop and implement competitive pay structure for all variable driven roles.
  • Utilize organizational job architecture methodology in updating job families and bands as required to meet specific business needs.
  • Provide compensation quantitative and qualitative analyses, financial models, forecasts, reports, presentations, and provide recommendations for compensation programs to influence and drive programs that align to corporate strategy and business initiatives
  • Conduct market and trend analysis of compensation programs (including base, incentive, variable and equity) on a regular or ad hoc basis to ensure there’s both market  and internal alignment throughout the organization.
  • Advise HR Partners  and business leaders in the administration of compensation programs and compensation projects.

  • Prepare employee compensation communications presentation and managerial guides for the implementation of  applicable compensation  programs.
  • Work collaboratively with HRIS and others within Human Resources to build out and implement compensation systems modules. Provide /HRIS implementation support.
  • Conduct scenario testing and administration to ensure system modifications comply with specifications.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in related field of study
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience specifically in Compensation, including benchmarking, salary analysis, communication development, salary management, performance management, and program administration  
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Advanced Excel expertise with a willingness to work hands on in the detail as well as in the analysis
  • Proficient in MS office software products
  • Creative, proactive and a problem solver who enjoys working in a fast paced environment

TAX MANAGER

Job Description:
  • Under broad direction, manages a tax technical field of responsibility within transfer pricing.
  • Actively manage personnel tasked with creation of transfer pricing strategy and documentation for multiple jurisdictions around the world.
  • Acts as company advocate and advisor in one or more substantive areas of tax law, whether by subject matter or geography.
  • Manages audit defense of tax positions taken in regards to related-party transactions, in addition to considering planning opportunities to optimize company’s effective tax rate and/or cash tax position.
  • Manages functions and responsibilities of staff and prepares/reviews technical memoranda in support of tax technical positions taken in financial statements and statutory tax filings.
  • Responsible for career development and coaching of personnel.

Job Description:
Under broad direction, often working independently and providing leadership for others. Responsibilities include development/acquisition, maintenance, and/or support of applications utilized by the manufacturing and quality functions within Supply Chain. Participate in and providing leadership for analysis leading to requirements/specifications, estimates, and system designs. Performs and oversees programming, quality assurance reviews, documentation, system deployment, training, and project setup/support, often involves performing project setups, analyses, designs, etc., for/with customers. Similar duties are often associated with the selection, acquisition, installation and configuration of applications licensed from third parties, and interaction with vendors is required.
Job Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, MIS, BA or Engineering AND 10 years of related experience or through 14 years of experience in Systems Development AND/OR Applications Support which includes experience in Analysis, Design, Programming, Product Selection, Support and/or Maintenance is required.
  • Broad knowledge of SAP ECC production planning and quality management modules is required.

Coordinates and assists with the Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process for PSL. Investigates and performs follow-up activities on unplanned events and/or jobs. Investigates accidents, injuries and incidents within assigned PSL. Coordinates the hiring process for assigned PSL; in concert with Human Resources. Interfaces and works effectively with Service Coordinator and Performance Development Coordinator pursuant to employee development and evaluation issues.
