JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Management of the casual and permanent rosters to ensure that all shifts are adequately covered in line with business demands.
  • Responsible for the procurement of consumables within budget limits.
  • Interact with the Shell operated JUHI / attend tenant meetings
  • Attend Sydney Airport Tarmac Ramp meetings to ensure on tarmac safety items are addressed.
  • Responding to audit findings promptly
  • Ensure Operations team adheres with relevant procedures whilst carrying out daily tasks.
  • Champion LPS activity through application of the Caltex Loss Prevention System (LPS). Completion of LPO's as per plan.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Technical mechanical or electrical qualification and or OHS qualification.
  • Fully conversant in Competition and Consumer Act (Trade Practices) and Aviation Core Principles
  • Able to hold ASIC and Airside Diving qualifications
  • Experienced in refueling activities and equipment
  • Understanding of NSW workplace health and safety requirements including OH&S legislation
  • Knowledge of the Av manager and Touch star systems
  • Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
