MARKET RISK EXECUTIVE
Location: SINGAPORE
JOB DESCRIPITION:
·         Analyse the market and summarize the performance for each trading team.
·         Update daily position and profit & loss in Mark to Market (MTM) report.
·         Prepare reports for trading teams and sales volume reports to HQ on weekly and monthly basis.
·         Prepare daily hedging plan.
·         Perform month end stock reconciliation.
·         Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports (inventory report, insurance report and flash report).
·         Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·         Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or equivalent.
·         Experience with oil & gas trading will be an added advantage.
·         Exposure to MRM framework & models, financial modelling, value at risk models is preferred.

MARINE SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: SINGAPORE
JOB DESCRIPITION:
·         Monitor local bunker market and conduct market analysis through information sharing with counterparties.
·         Increase and diversify customer base and counterparties.
·         Maintain good working relationship with existing customers to increase sales volume.
·         Ensure daily sales volume is in line with daily operational flow and complies with company’s credit and risk policy.
·         Manage credit by working closely with Risk, Treasury and Settlement.
·         Adhere to QMBS MR to ensure a proper compliance in bunker deliveries.



















JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·         Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Business, Shipping, Maritime Studies, Logistics or equivalent.
·         Minimum 2 years relevant experience in oil/petroleum trading industry.
·         Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

SHIPPING OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Location: SINGAPORE
JOB DESCRIPITION:
·         Draft voyage instructions to master which include pertinent details from governing charter party and other information applicable for the particular voyage.
·         Ensure efficient day to day operation of vessels including appoint agent, issue LOI, arrange bunker, etc.
·         Issue freight invoices and collect the fund according to the charter party after the vessel completes discharge.
·         Calculate, claim and update demurrage for every voyage completed.
·         Resolve any cargo operations issues.
·         Other operation works assigned from time to time.

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE, MARINE

JOB DESCRIPITION:
·         Schedule and program time charter barges to fulfill and maximize delivered sales business.
·         Coordinate and follow up closely with Contract of Affreightment (COA) in bunker deliveries to meet customer satisfaction and to minimize delay in delivery.
·         Monitor and maximize barge utilization.
·         Liaise with local agents on overall shipments.
·         Resolve any disputes with terminals and customers amicably.
·         Monitoring and manage stock inventory.
·         To carry out ad-hoc barge audit on cargo inventory check and bunker own use usage.

JOB DESCRIPITION:
·         Provide and monitor the entire operations through liaising with agents, inspectors, counter parties & terminals to ensure all shipments run smoothly.
·         Prepare all relevant documentary instructions to various counterparties and all relevant inspection instructions to various inspectors.
·         Maintain operational optimization to add value to trading strategy and maximize profits and minimize losses or costs.
·         Calculate any laytime and demurrage incurred.
·         Check and update the operations data in the system for analysis, decision making and reporting.
·         Liaise with customers for documents preparation and verification.

APPLICATIONS ENGINEER
Location: SINGAPORE
JOB DESCRIPITION:
·         Design, develop and implement new systems/applications based on internal clients’ requirements.
·         Provide support and perform enhancement to the existing applications and other in-house developed systems.
·         Provide end-user training sessions for in-house developed systems.  
·         Perform troubleshooting and performance-tuning of databases. Ensure optimal performance, security, integrity and up time of database.
·         Provide administration to the enterprise systems such as Retail System, Management Reporting System, Document Management System, E-Banking and other enterprise systems that might be required.

OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN
Location: SINGAPORE
JOB DESCRIPITION:
·         Process orders from retail stations and other customers. Schedule tank trucks for loading and delivery to fullfil the orders received.
·         Check and sort out Delivery Receipt and ensure that they are duly signed and stamped by the customers for the goods received.
·         Schedule tank trucks to/from refienry for replenishment into the Terminal storage tanks and process document for products lifted from refinery by trucks.
·         Perform daily inventory opening/closing, printing of daily transaction reports and ensure that all product movements are accounted for.
·         Maintain proper records of all documentations (Eg: SCDF transport licence for truck, road tax, drivers Hazmat licence and delivery related documents).
·         Conduct weekly checking to ensure that TAS (Terminal Automation System) replenishment figures tally with Refinery Information System reports.
·         Reconcile cheques received from customers and send to accounts for banking.
·         Attend to barge discharge operations at port and power stations.
·         Comply with the Company/Terminal HSE procedures and regulations at all times.

OFFSHORE FACILITIES ENGINEER
Location: SINGAPORE
JOB DESCRIPITION:
·         Monitor the day to day operations of the offshore facilities as well as process performances.                              
·         Review the budget for maintenance, reinstatement, extension or new installations of offshore facilities.      
·         Monitor the execution of offshore operation activities, specifically for the next few years,                                    
·         Monitor end to end process of the installation of ODAP facilities in Bohai Block and its actual dynamic cost.
·         Monitor end to end process of the replacement of old pipelines between platform D and SPM in Bohai Block and its actual cost.                                   
·         Monitor end to end process of the Platform IWP in Bohai Project and its actual dynamic cost.                              
·         Monitoring end to end process of the Sampang Sustainability Project and its actual dynamic cost.                            
·         Give suggestions and communicate with operators as to how a higher uptime level of offshore facilities can be achieved, so as to keep higher production.                                        
·         Undertake any other project related and offshore tasks as assigned and when required.                          
·         Coordinate with or assisting colleagues or other department to do temporary works.
