PROJECT MANAGER
LOCATION: MIDDLE EAST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Manages delivery of domestic and international projects of upscaling and expansion and holds primary responsibility for achievement of cost, schedule and quality objectives
·         Define clear timelines and sound milestones for effective project execution of new material launch or expansion of manufacturing capacity
·         Take ownership of bringing all relevant project members together to meet milestones
·         Works closely with the internal technology, engineering and manufacturing teams and external experts to accelerate project
·         Effectively communicate and coordinate design, construction, compliance, and subcontractor personnel
·         Works independently
·         Evaluates and selects vendors for expansion and scale up projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·         BSc in Engineering or relevant field, with minimum 5-10 years of industry project management experience in upscaling/expansion
·         Experience with upscaling of manufacturing capacity
·         Experience with working in international environment



SPECIALIST TRANSFER PRICING
LOCATION: MIDDLE EAST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Contribute to the design and implementation of transfer pricing processes, controls and the related workflow system
·         Work with SABIC's Shared Financial Services, Supply Chain Management, and the SBUs to map the intercompany transactions and services
·         Prepare functional and financial analyses to audit the existing TP policies
·         Manage the financial analyses to determine TP implications of intercompany activities and/or decisions
·         Develop or support the development of TP policies to support an efficient and compliant documentation, intercompany price monitoring and audit
·         Develop or support the framework for SABIC’s core intercompany transaction agreements
·         Develop or support SABIC’s TP/TESCM archive structure, procedures and audit trail
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·         Degree (preferably Masters or Ph.D.) essential in finance, business economics, business administration or tax. Professional qualification in tax or tax accounting desirable
·         Fluent in English; working knowledge of other languages is an advantage
·         CPE through advanced courses in tax, tax accounting or risk management.
·         8+ years in an international tax and accounting environment
·         5-7 years advisory experience (Big 4 or consulting firm) and corporate experience preferred



SENIOR MANAGER
LOCATION: MIDDLE EAST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Cultivate relationships with key Government departments to support SABIC’s interests above. Build links with associations/trade bodies in the host country, industry platforms to promote SABIC’s reputation in order to achieve realization of investment opportunities and securing feedstock.
·         Involvement in forums/dialogues to raise awareness of SABIC so as to promote investment/business opportunities. Engage in defence of SABIC’s reputation when threatened eg(trade policies, ADD etc), in order to build a positive image among the government, industry and local community and boost SABIC’s reputation as business partner of choice.
·         Participate in advocacy & interaction via associations with governments to ensure SABIC’s investment assets and market access is protected and enhanced
·         Leverage upon government network to garner support and facilitation for SABIC’s strategic investment activities.
·         Leverage upon government network to identify feedstock, investment and business opportunities.
·         Analyse regional, trade and economic initiatives (like FTAs) and inter-regional coordination and assess their impact on SABIC’s business.
·         Report and disseminate government, economic and industry policy developments in regional countries to support strategic and business decision making thereby ensuring open markets for SABIC’s products and support initiatives to improve business facilitation.    
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·         Degree from acknowledged university with post graduate qualification a plus
·         Preferably with 10 years working experience in Government especially in economic and trade policy formulation or 10+ years relevant experience in Public affairs/government relations
·         Excellent knowledge and understanding of the legislative process, policy making, rules drafts etc. and political environment in INS, especially India.



ENGINEER
LOCATION: MIDDLE EAST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·         Responsible for new application development for South China for high performance plastics for assigned market segments in Specialties Resin team
·         Research into potential key end-users on new design possibilities and turn it into new business opportunities and realize it
·         Build close working relationship with strategic global and local clients and business alliances
·         Champion new projects and drive it to successful closure, including coordinating between Technical Development, Application Support and Program groups on key accounts management across boundaries
·         Initiate new product development based on industry new trend with significant growth potential
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·         Implement methodologies and procedures for creating and maintaining effective organization designs structures.
·         Implement methodologies and procedures for assessing organization designs and structures for their level of effectiveness and efficiency.
·         Implement methodologies and procedures for establishing best-in-class organization design and structure benchmark.
·         Implement solutions whose scope includes (but is not limited to) RACI, optimal levels, span of control, role description and value, effective and efficient communication and control paths, formal and informal reporting and collaboration structures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field, Business Administration.
·         Relevant professional qualifications/certifications are desirable, e.g., USC or similar certification in organization design
·         7+ years of progressive post-graduate experience in Engineering and Production, Organization Development, HR, Management Consulting or equivalent preferably in a similar global environment.
