Job Description:
  • Execute all planned maintenance inspections and repairs on all types of heavy and auxiliary equipment, as required
  • Execute running maintenance repairs on the Fort Hills equipment, including troubleshooting hydraulic systems, engines, transmissions, electronics, etc.
  • Remove and replace major components (engines, transmissions, wheel motors, etc.)

  • Perform due diligence activities on production operations associated with non-operated assets on our behalf

Job Description:
  • Obtain and review historical records of previously executed turnaround jobs
  • Develop the turnaround scope of a preliminary schedule/step listing from work requests and scheduled work requirements
  • Monitor and maintain a continual update of the work requirements and requests, paying special attention to contracts and projects being run simultaneously or in conjunction with the current turnaround
  • Assist in the development of the planned schedule using SAP and the Primavera planning system from which progress and completion requirements can be determined
  • Review work scope change requests prior to their introduction into the proposed schedule, and projects impact upon the turnaround plan
