Contracts Professionals are fully responsible to successfully manage all aspects of MEP Contracting activity related to various projects, viz, Infrastructure, Star Hotel, High Rise Towers, Airport, and Metro etc. Contract Management system activities such as Contract Administration, Change Orders/ Variation, Claims, EOT, Monthly Valuation Claims, Final Account, etc. and commercial activities including but not limited to overseeing and coordinating procurement activities from inception to project completion besides submitting monthly management reports (MIS).

  • Must possess strong Leadership and Communication skills both written and verbal

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Develop Project Quality Plan (PQP) and monitor implementation.
  • Ensure inspection of materials / equipments are taking place on time
  • Monitor Quality of workmanship on various sites
  • Review and monitor Quality of all project documentation
  • Control Non-compliance Report (NCR) and corrective action
  • Update processes, procedures and methodologies as required
  • Conduct periodical QA audits (internal)
  • Establish and maintain liaison with certifying authority representatives
  • Deploy QC staff to project sites to follow matrix reporting structure, wherein they report to project manager on day to day work but report to QC department manager in functional matters

Employee responsibility include but not limited to all aspects of MEP Design work, getting desired work performance from assigned department staff, preparation of project programme in close coordination and inputs provided by Projects Dept. preparation of equipment / material schedules and submittal of equipment / material submittals and O & M Manuals, preparation & submittal of drawings schedules / design / shop drawings / As built drawings, Engineering assistance / advice to Purchase Dept. for P.O. items (equipments only), Engineering related correspondence / attending meetings with Client / Main Contractor / Consultants, coordination with Projects Dept. to meet any contingencies / urgent project requirements, leading a team of design Engineers / Auto Cad Draftsman and file keeping for above works.

STORES & LOGISTICS MANAGER
LOCATION: QATAR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Over all responsibility includes effectively coordinating with Stores Officer, Logistics Officer, Plant and Tools Officer in Accounting of Equipment, Tools and Materials.
  • Check stock status, availability of materials for issue to job sites as per material request.
  • Liaise with supplier, manufacturers to deliver materials as per LPO’s and PO’s.
  • Coordinate with procurement dept. for orders issued and delivery of materials to site.
  • Maintain updates GRN, MIN, Stock Ledger, MIS Request – Stock, consumption, materials arrival, site returned statements.
  • Issue and control of furniture, furnishing, tools, safety items to staff and workers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent; Degree or Diploma in Materials Management preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Preparation of Human Resource (HR) policies and procedures based on Qatar Labour Law & in line with company’s vision/mission
  • Arrange / Conduct interview for selection of both technical & non-technical personnel with due assistance from concerned PMT officials
  • Conduct practical trade test, conduct component identification test, prepare and submit evaluation report, submit monthly progress report.
  • Coordinate with Admin / Accounts for all HR & Admin related activities.
  • Redressal of Grievances promptly
  • Attend to multifarious requirements of workforce at all levels, promptly and to the satisfaction of workforce, by obtaining due approvals as required
  • Ensure that the workforce is more than adequately trained, geared to meet the ever-increasing challenges faced by the company and thereby cater to the market requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Post Graduate with Specialization in HR Management with a degree in law
  • Around 15 years of experience preferably with 10 years in managerial position in GCC countries
  • Preferred Bi-lingual (English/Arabic)
