Job Description:
  • Manages and controls inventory levels 
  • Place orders to suppliers and follow up the process until goods receipt
  • Escalates supply bottlenecks or other issues as necessary 
  • Works closely together with Demand Planners on stock allocation 
  • Manages item planning parameters including but not limited to lead time, MOQ, safety stock, etc.
  • Aggregate demand into a weekly production/supply plan 
  • Effectively communicate with demand planners to ensure new initiatives and products are properly recorded and timely reflected in the supply plan in order to avoid disruptions. 
  • Manage the planning systems and tools 
  • Track the vendor shipment performance (to develop a metric/report) 
  • Manages import process 
  • Track imported goods arrival and related customs processes 
Job Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial ,Mechanical ) 
  • New Graduate or maximum 1-2 years of experience 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English 
  • Good command of MS Office Applications 
  • Effective planning and organizing skills 
  • Good communication skills

Job Description:
  • Lead the integration of all purchasing activities by getting full transparency on the spend, supply base, sourcing strategies, contracts and terms & conditions
  • Develop the entire purchasing organization, focused but not limited to people, processes, systems and standards. This comprises the leadership of activities jointly developed with Global/Regional purchasing teams
  • Identify and implement the synergy potential in regards to the addressed spend via volume bundling and price effects
  • Interact with cross functional teams for implementing various sourcing initiatives such as spend mapping, supplier segmentation, supplier performance matrix, alternate vendor development & exploration of saving opportunities
  • Identify and develop vendors through continuous supplier performance monitoring
  • Handle all Direct and Indirect sourcing activities on a local level
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any relevant field, Master's degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in FMCG in the purchasing department
  • Fluency in English

Job Description:
  • Review shortage of supply or out of stock situations and recommend mitigating actions
  • Develop and review the production plan with managers for approval
  • Communicate production status to managers on regular basis
  • Analyze back, current and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan and schedule the production operations
  • Consult with contract manufacturers regarding the availability of production lines and approval on downtime  
Job Requirements:
  • University degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or any relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Supply Planning. Knowledge in demand planning is preferred

  • Ensure that Regional Sales targets are achieved by effectively and efficiently implementing and coordinating the sales effort
