  • Work under working supervision and perform a variety of clearly defined tasks and administrative functions, including written and verbal communication

HEAVY MECHANIC

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Perform equipment repairs and monthly preventative maintenance per OEM specs that are assigned by the Mechanic Foreman. 
  • Assist the Mechanic Foreman with all inspections and safety checks on equipment as needed. 
  • Assist the Mechanic Foreman with the completion of work orders for all repairs and service work performed.
  • Assist with the shipping and receiving of all equipment.

AREA CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Project Management: Overall responsibility for the execution of the project as measured by safety, quality, schedule, risk management, and cost against the project’s baseline. Reviews his area’s team organization and staffing and makes necessary corrections to execute the program. 
  • Client Relations: Maintain and expand positive client relations while representing the interests of Fluor. Execute the construction in accordance with the Prime Contract. 
  • HSE: Meet the project HSE goals. Ensure the proper HSE culture is established and program is executed in accordance with Fluor’s HSE management system. 
  • Quality: Ensure construction is in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings and Novo Nordisk standards.   • Project Controls: Coordinates and oversees the collection of data and reporting of cost and schedule control procedures for construction for the effective management of the project. (schedule maintenance; progress reporting; forecasting; contract administration; change management; cost management; etc.).
  • Contracting and Procurement: Oversee the planning, prioritization, and bid-award execution of subcontracts for his area. Coordinates closely with Purchasing to support expediting, prioritization, and issue resolution for equipment and material delivery.
