Support Officer, Airside Operations (ACC)


You will be part of a team situated in the 24/7 Airport Operations Centre managing aircraft gate allocations for all arrival and departure flights in Changi, and updating / relaying of real time flight information to public as well as airport communities. In addition, you will be coordinating with the control tower for movement of non-departing aircraft within the aerodrome. You will be required to work closely with key stakeholders during aircraft
emergencies and are expected to perform shift duties.

  • Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes or equivalent with  5 years of working experience
  • Medically fit with no colour blindness.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Be fluent in spoken English

Support Officer, Airside Operations

Airside Operations is responsible for many complex and vital tasks within and on the perimeter of the Airport - the work of the Airside Operations team help hundreds of aircraft to take off, land and taxi safely at Changi Airport. Your duties will include inspecting the runways, taxiways and aprons to ensure they are safe and free from hazards, as well as managing ad-hoc assignments to ensure smooth operations within airside. This job will require you to work with different Airport stakeholders and you are expected to perform shift duties.
Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes or equivalent with 5 years of working experience
  • Medically fit with no colour blindness.
  • Possess a Class 3 driving license, able to work independently and be fluent in spoken English

Senior Associate (Architecture / Design)

As part of the T5 Planning team, you will be involved in the planning of the future Terminal 5's space programme. You will need to be familiar with the latest design considerations of large scale infrastructure projects, and to propose suitable elements for incorporation into Terminal 5's design. In addition, the role will also necessitate you to develop 2D/3D sketches using various architectural software to facilitate discussion and presentations to senior management. You will also have the opportunity to work with appointed consultants and other internal/external stakeholders, including governmental agencies on design iterations for Terminal 5.


  • A good degree in Building/ Architecture/ Engineering
  • Competency in architectural 3D modelling software
  • Ability to use visualization software to render 2D/3D images
  • Familiarity with gaming and virtual reality software a plus

Manager, Fixed Asset
As part of the Fixed Assets team in Finance responsible for the management of fixed asset accounting and tracking of capital budget, you will supervise a team of staff to perform closing activities, handle reconciliation of fixed asset to General Ledger, and review the preparation of fixed asset schedules for statutory and regulatory reporting. You will also review all asset capitalisation, transfers, change of asset life and disposals of fixed assets, and oversee the annual fixed asset physical count, asset impairment and inventory count exercises. You will be required to assist with forecasting of depreciation and cash flow for fixed asset and capital projects, and also liaise with internal and external auditors with regards to fixed assets accounting and tracking. Additionally, you will be expected to take on projects to review and streamline the fixed asset accounting activities and provide guidance to junior staff.


  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum six years of relevant working experience in a large corporation, with at least two years in a supervisory role
  • Experience from one of the Big 4 Audit firms will be advantageous
  • Excellent written and communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power point
  • Analytical, excellent attention to details, resourceful and independent
  • Prior experience with accounting for Fixed Assets and hand-on experience in using SAP would be an advantage
Senior Manager / Manager, Airside Operations

As part of the team that is pioneering Changi East Development, you will provide leadership to the team that is developing capability in bringing new airfield infrastructure (e.g. runways, taxiways and aprons) into operations through a systematic approach. In playing the role of a key interface to planning and design teams, you will formulate and articulate operations-focused user requirements that are intended to sharpen the detailed development of new aircraft movement areas. Besides attaining aerodrome certification for a larger operating footprint, another desired outcome is to deliver additional capacity progressively in an efficient and safe manner. Building strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders across various levels of seniority is necessary. Most importantly, you will need to combine big picture thinking with detail orientation in the course of work.


  • Graduated with a good degree and have at least 8-10 years of working experience, preferably with some years of people management experience
  • Demonstrates keen interest in aviation

  • We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a flair for design and creativity, to join us to conceptualise and implement innovative horticulture displays and exhibits in Changi Airport to continue wowing our passengers and visitors.
  • The portfolio will require you to work with internal and external stakeholders, oversee and supervise consultants, contractors and workers in the execution of landscape works and perform landscape architectural design reviews such as construction, irrigation, planting, grading, and design conceptualization. The role will require you to explore new and exciting ways of using horticulture to engage audiences.
  • You will need to ensure that initiatives and projects are completed on time, within cost, and of the highest safety and quality standards.

  • Good degree, with at least 4 years experience in Horticulture and Landscape Management or related discipline
  • Experience with creating multimedia / multisensory installations will be advantageous
  • Team player, self-motivated, responsible, analytical, assertive and resourceful
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to work independently to deliver results, and possesses multi-tasking, negotiation, people and project management skills
  • ISA Arborist Certification or Certified Practicing Horticulturist Certification, and knowledge of arboriculture maintenance will be an advantage
