BOUTIQUE MANAGER

LOCATION: Qatar
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • The role of a Boutique Manager is to manage the shift operations of the shop floor, with a particular focus on Sales, Customer Service, Merchandising of stocks, Staff allocation, Cash spot-checks, Stock Checking, Shift Closing, etc.
  • You are responsible to achieve sales target. You will ensure the tolerance for stocks shrinkage does not exceed the budgeted target and cash discrepancies of associates is monitored.
  • Staff will be frequently tested on the shop-floor on a periodic basis using mystery shoppers and random tests. You will look after stock deliveries, staff allocation, merchandise standards, shelf edge labelling and shop cleaning and address any merchandise issues such as stock-outs, price ticketing, shop signage, and issues involving health and safety
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a strong leader as well as have very good presentation skills.  Ideally you will have more than 3 years’ experience in the Luxury Retail or Service Industry (Duty Free is an advantage ) with a proven track record in the ability to manage stock on a day-to-day basis.
  • Knowledge of airports and service industry is preferred. You will be qualified to a minimum of English Equivalent of 2 ‘O’ levels / Higher Secondary School.















QR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Ensure comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio covering all level of accounts' managerial and department executives for a comprehensive clients servicing, achieving targets and maximum productivity in his her portfolio

SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: Qatar
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • In this role you will be responsible for support the Airfield electrical team to maintain and upkeep all airfield electrical equipment and systems in highly operational condition.
  • you will be responsible for the execution of all preventive, corrective and improvement works and to ensure they are carried out timely and in a safe manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • You will need to have a minimum of a Diploma in Electrical installation or engineering and 5 years working experience in the Airfield Lighting System.

  • In this role you will carry out preventive/ corrective maintenance as well as improvement works on the airfield lighting system safely and with minimal disruption to airport operations.
  • You are required to supervise external vendors and to monitor their work performance on site and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal wastage of resources and manpower.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • You will need to have minimum of a Trade Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with at least 5 years working experience in a commercial aerodrome with a minimum of Category 2 /3 classification. 
  • You should have good knowledge and troubleshooting skills with all airfield lighting circuits, CCR control circuits and equipment.
  • You must also have good English communication skills.

  • Monitor Customer Service Agent and Lead agent call and non-call processes against QR Quality Assessment form.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information Provided to QR Customers

  • The Civil & Building Supervisor will lead a team of Technicians, Masons, Plumbers and Assistant Technicians to carry out preventive / corrective maintenance works as well as minor project works as and when required.

  • Ensuring all routine department work is complete, on time, and carried out to an acceptable level of accuracy
  • Ensuring the timely and proper month end closing and delivery of month end reports as per Head Office target dates

  • As a Customer Service Manager you will be responsible to design and implement the Customer Service strategy across the entire retail business. You will oversee the customer service departments delivery of this strategy and ensure that Qatar Duty Free ( QDF) delivers the highest level of customer service possible. You will supervisor, coach and mentor your staff.
