PROJECT ENGINEER
Location:  UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Job Description:
  • Management of the outside Engineering Service Providers to ensure the quality and timeliness of engineering deliverables
  • Management of requests for information, design changes, and change orders and their impact on project cost and schedule
  • Review engineering cost, schedule, and quality information and provide required content for project reporting
  • Participate in client meetings as required
  • Ensure effective engineering and client communications
  • Assist business development with technical and commercial support during proposal preparations, including engineering execution plans and engineering scope of work

Job Requirements:

REGIONAL MANAGER
Location:  UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Job Description:
  • Support the Regional Director and Facility Managers to ensure that each EthosEnergy (EE) Facility, covered by an O&M Agreement, is operated and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to each Facility Manager within your region and work on special projects at each facility to improve operations.
  • Develop thorough understanding of the O&M Agreements for each facility and ensure that the terms of each agreement are followed and satisfied. Ensure all reports and information required under the terms of the O&M contract are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Support EE policy development and ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and commercial commitments.
  • Implement programs and activities that provide for a work environment that promotes effective goal accomplishment, productivity, and morale.
  • When directed by the Regional Director, establish regular communications with Owners Representatives for each facility within your region to discuss plant performance and problem resolution. Ensure periodic meetings with Owners Representatives as per the O&M Agreements.
  • Prepare periodic reports detailing significant plant activities, financial status, and HSE performance for the region.
  • Participate in EE business development meetings and activities. Help prepare O&M proposals for new projects and help identify potential business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
  • A four-year degree or commensurate experience is required, a demonstrated track record of successful performance as a facility manager at multiple power generation facilities, a goal achievement mind set, experience in a customer service environment, and demonstrated skills as a project manager.
  • Candidate must be a qualified professional with a strong technical background and developing leadership skills. Ideal candidates will have extensive power plant operations and maintenance (O&M) experience and will have successfully managed multiple power facilities, contracts, and people.
  • The individual must be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to drive performance at a tactical level with strategic thinking skills that can be developed.
  • Self-motivation and understand O&M processes in order to drive solutions will be necessary skills to be successful in this position.

LEGAL ASSISTANT

OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Job Description:
  • Promote a safe working environment and ensure that all personnel and contractors follow plant and company safety procedures and policies. Assign a Safety Liaison and oversee the safety activities to ensure compliance with all OSHA required training and activities.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Develop a training program for the operations and maintenance personnel, and encourage the staff to cross train and add skills to create a more flexible and productive plant environment. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the team to ensure appropriate skill sets are maintained and personnel are qualified for the activities with which they are being asked to perform.
  • Delegate projects and tasks to the operations and maintenance personnel to ensure an acceptable back-log of work orders, work is properly distributed, and all personnel are being exposed to the various functions in the plant thus promoting the experience level of the staff.
  • Oversee all environmental compliance activities including the preparation of quarterly and annual reports. Interface with consultants, as needed, in the completion of environmental projects.
  • Support the Facility Manager in the completion of all facility reporting requirements, including environmental, safety, budgeting, and plant performance.
  • Monitor and optimize plant performance. This should include periodic testing, evaluations, and recommendations to the owner for improvement projects with cost justifications. Encourage the plant staff to incorporate improvements internally to reduce contractor costs.
Job Requirements:
  • Associates Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or commensurate experience is required, as well as a demonstrated track record of successful goal achievement.
  • Minimum of eight years relevant experience, with a minimum of four years in a supervisory or management position or a position in which there was oversight and delegation of tasks associated with completion of projects.

INSPECTOR

Job Description:
  • Working in conjunction with the Process Operators, on receipt of new customer orders into the cell, book in part numbers and serial numbers to VISaer On completion of production perform final inspection of all work produced by production teams, stamping the route card as appropriate as validation of acceptance of quality of product and process
  • Carry out dimensional and visual inspection in accordance with internal inspection procedures to ensure zero defects
  • Select appropriate disposition options to ensure that the component is either repaired or replaced in accordance with production requirements and engineering standards

  • Own the permitting system and ensure that the WAF, LOTO, HW and CSE are maintained and rigorously followed.

Bring these programs and decisions to the staff with a positive attitude and high level of confidence. Seek to address any uncertainty from the staff by encouraging positive thinking and a high level of productivity. Resolve any negative attitudes promptly and with positive reinforcement. Provide regular updates to the Facility Manager on staff morale and work ethics.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. Ensure that quality systems, reporting and document management aspects of operations are developed and followed.
