TAX DIRECTOR
LOCATION: Denmark
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Manager for 2 employees and a student assistant
  • Hands on responsibility for reporting and other tax related tasks
  • Tax calculations for monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to IFRS principles for 200+ subsidiaries
  • Tax consultancy and training/education to subsidiaries
  • Economic Contribution Reporting including total tax payments for the Group, CBC reporting and other international reporting obligations
  • Preparing and optimizing the Danish jointly taxable income
  • Responsible for managing Tax Governance relationship with the Danish tax authorities
  • Coordinate and ensure that tax audits are handled in a professional manner
  • Ad hoc assistance on restructuring and on-going support to other business functions and Group entities
  • Ensure full implementation of Tax Risk Management
  • Document internal controls
  • Develop a coordinated Tax Control Framework
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • You have a Master degree in Economics, Tax or similar
  • You have 10+ years relevant corporate tax experience
  • You are ambitious with high level of energy

IT AUDITORS
LOCATION: Denmark
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • As IT Auditor you will contribute to the execution of the strategy of GIA. Your main role is to perform audits and provide advisory services on Carlsberg’s control processes, with a special focus on IT and Information Security. In addition, you will have opportunities to be part of integrated audit teams for the execution of corporate audits.
  • More specifically, you will build and maintain key relationships to remain abreast of developments and contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of processes within IT. Also, you will lead and participate in the delivery of audit and advisory projects mainly related to logical and physical access management, system development and change management, business continuity and disaster recover, cyber- and information security, data analytics, finance, Compliance and Operations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3 to 6 years of working experience as IT Auditor or in related disciplines such as IT, information risk management and information security
  • University degree
  • Experience from Big 4 audit firms or from food- and beverage industry
  • Certifications in auditing or IT practices is a plus
  • Passion for technology
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical skills and are delivery focused
  • Manage relationships well and exhibit commitment and diplomacy
PROJECT MANAGER
LOCATION: Denmark
JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Accountable for driving the technical development and implementation of global innovations in cooperation with Group functions/markets and support roll-out (activities cover insight understanding, technical development, test and verification, IP protection, business case, testing, launch planning, implementation support, etc.)
  • Effectively manage and participate in complex strategic, cross-market and cross-functional project teams (Group and market level) within project timelines
  • Manage projects to a stage gate process at every stage to ensure efficient process from consumer/costumer concept development, project initiation and development through to implementation
  • Drive effective communication and coordination of respective development priorities
  • Be part of a strong Group Commercial/Dispense Equipment team and contribute to continued innovation best practice development, capability building & implementation
  • Project budgets and planning for new and ongoing projects
  • Communicate with other teams and markets
  • Secure effective cross-functional cooperation (e.g., with production & commercial functions)
  • Transform consumer/costumer insights into tangible formats and projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master or bachelor in Mechanical or Hardware engineering.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of solid project management of development of new to the world products in international projects.
  • Practical operational hands on from development to implementation
  • Documentation of all phases in a development project
  • High knowledge of different equipment/apparatus technologies potentially combined with knowledge of packaging materials and processes
  • Beverage, apparatus or packaging industry experience preferred
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
PACKAGING PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and embed the Carlsberg way of generating consumer communications – setting out a clear vision for “what good looks like” that can excite and engage our brand teams and agency partners
  • Develop our approach to assessing consumer communication and ensure that this thinking is well integrated into all relevant processes and ways of working
