  • Review Material Requisitions and purchase orders for compliance with contract requirements.
  • Verify all Inspection requirements are included in MR and applicable SAMSS, SAEPs, as per Saudi Aramco requirements.
  • Shall check all Saudi Inspection related comments are well incorporated in MR. Any violation to the requirements shall be immediately discussed with QA Manager and If necessary shall issue internal NCR to prevent the issue from re-occurrence
  • Shall monitor the implementation of No-Objection Practice on P.O by Saudi Aramco. He will perform internal check of P. Os for the vendor/stockiest selected as per procurement process flow. Only after No-Objective received from Saudi Aramco supplier can begin the work
  • Shall coordinate with inspectors or Inspection agencies assigned for the inspection activities for the P.O material.
  • Shall Inspection reports and all observations and findings and shall discuss with Inspector If any clarification required. Inspection report shall be forwarded to VID. If there is any violation and NCR to be raised, then Inspector shall discuss the issue with Procurement QC and issue NCR.
  • Shall forward the NCR to Saudi Aramco VID and shall follow-up with vendor and Inspector for the corrective actions on NCR. VID shall be kept informed. The proposed corrective action shall be agreed with VID as per NCR process flow Appendix V.
  • Preparation of Inspection assignment packages(IAP’s)
  • Regularly give update the compliance status of Procurement QC function to QA manager
  • Review of sub-vendor’s quality procedures
  • Establish agenda for pre-inspection meetings
  • Review and Submit NMR's /IDR's Packages
  • He shall have a university degree or equivalent and seven (7) years inspection experience or diploma with 10 years’ inspection experience with a minimum three (3) years directly relating to supervision of vendor inspection activities in the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication). Aramco approved (SAP No available) is mandatory.


  • Perform contract management duties including assistance with proposals and contract negotiations. Provide proactive contract change management for assigned contracts.
  • Represents the company with customers in contractual areas including documentation of meetings, preparation of correspondence, negotiation of changes in scope, and other negotiations as appropriate.
  • Administer assigned contracts for program managers and another corporate staff.
  • Assist Contracts Director to track resource management, funding, burn rates, ETCs and other program financials by working closely with the corporate Accounting Department and Business Development Department.
  • Maintain accurate contractual data entry into the ERP system and make timely updates to databases as required.
  • This individual will maintain & track internal contractual deadlines, redistribute incoming & outgoing tasks to respective program team members or administrative staff.
  • Create, maintain & track CDRLS to include monthly reporting requirements & ad hoc events.
  • Coordinate contract changes/modifications with Program Management and Accounting Department.
  • Coordinate with the customer on customer complaints and work to resolve issues.
  • Provide guidance to ensure compliance with Government requirements and ethical standards and legal requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College with 5 to 10 years related experience.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contract Management systems; Order processing systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. 
  • Individual must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work in a team environment with client and sub consultants. Position may require location in a field office/or travel.


  • Supervise the Safety, Health, environmental and live Program and assume authority of monitoring, and enforcing the elements of the program.
  • Periodically monitor the site on all shifts to determine adherence to the company Safety, Health, environmental and live Program.
  • Orient new employees and subcontractors to the provisions of the Safety, Health, environmental and live Program.
  • Review project safety policies, as well as any major hazards found on the project.
  • Appoint a Safety, Health, environmental and live Program Representative.
  • Identify Job Site Program deficiencies and inform project management and supervision to take corrective measures to eliminate them. If necessary, take immediate corrective steps to avoid any unsafe acts or conditions.
  • Participate in pre-job planning and progress meetings for the project.
  • Organize and document Safety, Health, environmental and live Program Meetings, including weekly Safety meetings on site.
  • Establish communications systems encouraging employee participation in identifying and correcting safety hazards. Periodically issue Safety, Health, environmental and live Bulletins and Notices.
  • Prominently post at site to ensure that all site employees, visitors and vendors are aware of requirements and policies. Review and Evaluate Accident Analysis Report.
  • Investigate work place injury and illness to identify preventive measures required to avoid repeated injury. Maintain Monthly Accident Analysis Report and review trends and tendencies to correct patterns of unsafe behavior or conditions.
  • Report Safety, Health, environmental and live Program progress, problems and objectives so that management can take action as required.
  • Fully utilize the assistance of our insurance carrier, insurance broker, OSHA, various safety organizations and other Saudi Government Resources.

  • Manage the commissioning program for the Main Contractors scope of work. Acting as the primary contact with the Engineer for coordinating and scheduling the commissioning program and chairs the commissioning coordination and progress meetings.
  • Develop the Project Commissioning Plan. Provide direction for the execution of the commissioning process during the construction, inspection, start-up, testing, turnover, warranty runs of the project.
