·         Develop & execute strategic plan and procedures / standard  on the concerned area(s)
·         Oversee and  manage technical support activities & day to day operation from routine to critical plant issues with timely and proper resolutions under agreed priorities  including lead the critical issue resolution/investigation as and where applicable   in the concerned area(s)

Job Requirements:
·         Bachelor Or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with major in Electronics, System Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
·         Certifications such as Professional Engineer, Certified Professional, TUV Safety Expert are highly desirable               
·         More than 15 years of experience in oil refining & petro-chemical plants in technical positions with 5 years’ experience in specialist role.
·         Combined experience of design, commissioning, studies, calculation & troubleshooting.
·         Subject matter expert with "hands on" experience in 2 out of the 4 technical fields under this functional organization, preferably  in Distributed Control Systems (Yokogawa) and Safety Instrumentation Systems (Triconix) and Instrumentation filed
·         Strong leadership in problem solving with good communication skills and decision making ability
·         Knowledge of instrumentation type selection and troubleshooting for refinery and petrochemical applications
·         Excellent knowledge of industrial management practices.

LEADER, FIRE INSPECTION GROUP

Job Description:
·         Develop the fire protection equipment testing and inspection schedule.
·         Manage and monitor a team of fire protection testing and inspection technicians and the testing and inspection schedule implementation.
·         Submit a regular reports regarding fire protection equipment testing and inspection activities and findings.
·         File all the findings through SAP CSMS application.
·         Follow-up the closing of open items with the proponents.
·         Assist proponents in all issues related to fire protection field.
·         Participate in Safety Audits.
·         Review the engineering design packages and submittal for fire protection equipment.

INSPECTION ENGINEER

Job Description:
·         To prepare a schedule of work and provide direction for the preparation of asset integrity improvements programs to ensure that work is completed as per deadline and engineering standards
·         Lead analysis of data pertinent to asset integrity related problems, with respect to scope, economic value, long range planning and budgetary considerations in order to support the development and formulate the basis for engineering studies in any of several and analysis as need base or as instructed by Dept. Manager
·         Lead proposal development for Engineering projects, including scope definition, interrelationship, physical solution definition and cost estimate and supervise project execution to ensure that project is implemented as per plan in terms of asset integrity concerns. In some cases, recommend new refinery and petro chemical installations or modifications in order to improve existing facilities and standardization or safety.
·         Prepare, review and improve inspection programs such as OSI, PZV, RBI, Corrosion Control, RCM, Tank Inspection and Turn around planning’s etc. so that asset integrity can be secured for the complex
·         As assigned, prepare, review or consolidate root cause analysis or investigation reports or engineering studies in order to support Management Decision Making and plant Trouble shootings
·         Provide coaching to lower levels engineers and supervise their work to ensure proper transfer of skills and work performance as per standards
Job Requirements:

UTILITIES FIELD OPERATOR
Location:  Saudi Arabia
Job Description:
·         Perform or assist in the start-up or shut down of assigned plant and facilities according to approved operating procedure or instruction.
·         Conduct regular inspections and walk through of plant facilities to ensure plant is functioning efficiently.
·         Spot malfunctions or symptoms and refer to Shift Supervisor or console operator.
·         Maintain field instrument or local measurement in log, and update check-lists as required.
·         Respond to emergency or upset conditions taking necessary field activities, such as flaring, blow down, isolation, diversion, switching with close communication with console operator and/or shift supervisor
·         Collect sample and perform process chemical and physical test as required.

Job Description:
  • Participate and provide required support to PRC organization and Field Safety Staff for implementation of Corporate Risk Management Program as per the Corporate Procedure.
  • Participate & provide support in incident analysis, incident  investigation, including process incidents etc. evaluate near miss related to the department. Conduct field verification of COCs.
  • Support the section / department for establishing and implementing the Safety KPIa, Annual Safety Goals and Objectives. Provide safety statistics of the section / department, prepare dashboard for KPIs.

·         Achieve safe and stable operations in the shift by supervising and coordinating plant personnel in startup or shutdown and other major operational changes, ensuring that operators follow all standard operation procedures in the execution of scheduled tasks during shift operation and coordinating plant operations with other connected plant.
