COST CONTROLLER

Job Description:
·         The role-holder may be accountable for the quality of service afforded to customers and/or for controlling costs in the core processes.
·         The role-holder is commonly required to work within a set framework of policies and processes and to make suggestions to higher management before changing that framework.
·         They will often define or establish processes, procedures or routines for direct reports, and monitor the effectiveness of such processes.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Description:
·         Achieving top line sales by leading restaurant team to achieve sales target
Draw up targets and action plans jointly with the team
·         Compares projected Vs Actual sales on a daily basis. Assists with action plans to improve financial performance of restaurant.
·         Identify opportunities for external and internal events including outside catering and execute the same
·         Ensure Local Restaurant Marketing calendar is planned and is executed.
·         Ensure proper execution  of central marketing initiatives (promotions and POS sales initiatives etc)
·         Analyses the sale point wise (Dine-in, delivery & drive in) and grow them month on month
·         Identify the opportunities to maximise the home delivery business
·         Ensure each and every area is covered for home delivery flyer distribution
·         Finding opportunities and reasons of sales loss and bridge the gap
·         Tracks projected and actual sales, customer counts and average cheque (AC) to identify patterns that show how the restaurant is performing in these indicators and plans for improvements
