CATERING PRICING ASSISTANT

Job Description:
  • Create and maintain master data information to ensure quality and update of data
  • Execute basic accounting activities (payment and invoice processing, receipts verification, standard control reports, etc.),to ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collect, verify cash payments and analyze data versus sales reports to suggest solutions to any potential issues and to ensure timely and accurate cash collection
  • Collect, analyse, consolidate financial data, and develop basic reports to provide insight for effective decision making

ESERVICES AGENT 

Location:  United Arab Emirates
Job Description:
  • Receive process and respond to daily enquiries for all online booking and E-Commerce related issues to provide timely and high quality technical support to customers
  • Receive and analyse concerns and queries to ensure they are solved or addressed in the most effective manner
  • Monitor and assess root causes of E-Commerce related issues to support development of system change requests or process amendments
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure achievement of operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Process specific airport calls for suspected fraudulent tickets, changing the ticket status where required to allow airports to board guests.

Job Description:
·         Manage general ledger maintenance to ensure it is compliant with accounting principles, policies and standards
·         Manage the accounting processes execution to ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies and standards
·         Monitor and review accounting records to ensure their completeness and adherence to policies and procedures
·         Manage reconciliation of decentralized accounting activities to ensure the consistency and completeness of financial data
·         Analyse and solve complex issues to ensure they are managed on time and in adherence to accounting principles
·         Develop the management reports to ensure relevant information are provided in a timely and effective manner

·         Handle calls and escalations on a first call resolution basis, to deliver exceptional customer service

INFLIGHT CHEF

Job Description:
  • You will oversee and be accountable for the catering loading and food quality in First Class.
  • As requested, you may also need to participate in duties at the catering centre, in Etihad lounges and at corporate, PR and VIP functions.
Job Requirements:
  • Qualified Chef, experience in 4/5 star hotels, fine dining establishments or cruise liners.
  • Minimum age 21 years.
  • Fluent in English; verbal, written and comprehension. Fluency in another language is an advantage.
  • Must be confident in water and be able to swim with the aid of a flotation device.
  • Able to reach 210cms without shoes.

NURSE

Location: United Arab Emirates
Job Description:
  • Provide nursing support to doctors during all medical examinations to support correct operations execution.
  • Perform a wide variety of nursing activities (e.g. Taking vital signs, eye test, ECG, audiogram tympanometry, spirometry, height and weight, BMI, etc) to ensure examinations execution according to best practices and legal requirements.
  • Follow up medical evaluations to secure medical fitness clearance and/or medical license.
  • Prepare and maintain patient medical records as per EAMC, GCAA, ICAO and HAAD regulations to ensure continuous legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Control flight and cabin crew medical examination records completeness (e.g. vaccination profile, sickness reports and alcohol and drugs check records),to fulfil requirements for medical licensing as per GCAA and ICAO.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or a diploma (3 years) or equivalent qualification providing nursing certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience within the Nursing field.
  • Valid current national license. Valid HAAD/MoH license (preferred).Valid First Aid qualification, CPR/BLS certificate (preferred)
  • Knowledge of aero medical procedures and policies as per GCAA and HAAD regulations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Arabic language is preferred.
