IT PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:
·         Responsible for developing project plans and deliverables, directs all project phases and acts as primary customer contact.
·         Participates in or develops mechanisms for establishing, monitoring and integrating project elements, product configuration and communications concerning change management processes and decisions.
·         Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and line management.
·         Uses trend, earned value and variance analyses and risk assessments to develop plans or to recommend change.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Job Description:
·         Consistently delivers of quarterly and annual sales/business objectives/quotas.

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Business Support Manager for Germany and Central Eastern Europe and will support various Business Units located throughout Germany. The position is required to work with strict confidentiality, discretion and limited supervision, providing a high level of professional and confidential support to the office. The position includes the responsibilities of receptionist, and responsibilities for a range of related administrative functions.
Regular tasks include directing correspondence, visitors and calls; coordinating logistics of office events and appointments and managing office supplies and equipment as required. The Administrative Assistant also holds responsibility for coordinating facilities service requests (maintenance) and interacting with various suppliers (telecommunications, cleaning company, etc.).
Other areas of responsibility include facilitating and tracking payments, expense reports and mail / courier services. SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Job Description:
·         Support activities are specific to a Unix-based system platform.
·         Responsible for the support of various system components including servers, storage devices and applications.
·         Tasks may include monitoring, complex problem resolution, root cause analysis, on-site technical support, system upgrades and other changes, preventative maintenance, performance management and capacity planning.
·         Provide routine maintenance such as log archiving and virtual configurations.  Perform data ingestion updates when re-formatting may be required due to site or database changes.

SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

  • This position reports to the Asia On-Site Manager and is responsible for executing and achieving the objectives of the Integrated Materials Management (IMM) and Rotable Fleet Service Program at the Asia Center in Singapore with particular emphasis on maintaining Customer/Supplier satisfaction and program growth. Shift work will be required and you are expected to be on a rotating shift. 
  • Responsible to support the Asia Team in the areas of Order Management, Inventory level/controls, Forecasting, Expediting and Customer/ Supplier Relations to achieve contract and business plan goals. 
  • Works at the functional or program level to oversee administration of support plans and supply change management processes. 
  • Performs independent analysis, defines integrated logistics support requirements, prepares estimates and schedules. 
  • Serves as a company contact and spokesperson with the IMM Onsite teams and IMM network of suppliers and Rotable Fleet Service On-Site Team and Suppliers in the Program. 
  • Coordinates development of solutions to complex logistics support problems with product support, functions, customers, and suppliers. 
  • Ensure contractual service levels are met or exceeded. 
  • Assist in the development of office documentation Daily Management Tip Sheets, Business Scenarios and Desktop Procedures. 
  • Identify special demand from customer and report changes to Onsite SME.

Job Description:
This requisition is for completing work on a Boeing contract in Kuwait. Management, day-to-day supervision at the workplace and administration of compensation and benefits will be arranged by Boeing Kuwait, Inc., while the contract of employment will be with Worldwide Trust Group (WWTG). Assembles disassembles and/or modifies systems by changing removing replacing or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes. Oversees assembly disassembly or overhaul. Configures aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment. Troubleshoots complex pneumatic hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components. Documents procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g. repairs test results applicable modifications and inspection results). Inspects components and verifies repairs for flight worthiness requirements. Oversees training. Works under general direction. Interacts primarily with organization personnel and customers to obtain or provide information requiring some explanation or interpretation. Receives general supervision with basic instructions for routine work and detailed instructions for new lines of work or special assignments.
