Job Description:
·         Performs product handling and inventory management functions with minimal supervision. 
·         Properly document receipt and shipment of all products  
·         Review load sheets and verify accuracy. 
·         Orders products in quantities required to maintain proper inventory levels.
·         Performs cleaning and minor repair duties for district facility and equipment.
·         Reviews dispatch sheets to determine type of job and materials required for jobs.
·         Calculate proper batch sizes and mixtures for jobs
·         Select and prepare proper additives to prepare desired mixture in accordance with Baker Hughes practices.
·         Communicate with maintenance and/or operations personnel relative to equipment status.
·         Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts or more as needed
Job Requirements:

FIELD SPECIALIST

Location:  Dhahran, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:
·         Under general supervision provides resolution to problems of moderately complex scope at the well site where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
·         Exercises judgment to determine the appropriate action at the well site by relying upon hands on experience and classroom based training of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques.
·         Responsible for knowing the operational status of field equipment at the well site and maintaining it when appropriate.
·         Executes other related duties as assigned.
·         Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Job Requirements:
·         Two year Technical Degree preferred.
·         Industry experience and product line training required.
·         Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Logging while Drilling services at the well site.

FIELD SUPERVISOR

Job Description:
·         Under broad direction is proficient in running most Wellbore Construction applications in the district.
·         Continues to expand and apply application knowledge and expertise to include applications of increasing complexity and/or risk in Wellbore Construction and/or otherproduct groups
·         Ensures supplied equipment is compatible with all other equipment used for job.
·         Provides front-line support with customer and accurately completes all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job
·         Uses experience and knowledge of applications to ensure products and services are of highest quality
·         Advises and trouble shoots on Wellbore Construction issues in the district

CHEMICAL TREATER DRIVER

Job Description:
·         Responsible for transport of chemicals
·         May treat customer wells while on-site
·         Special duties as assigned
·         Travel 95% of the time within assigned territory (no overnight travel)
Job Requirements:
·         Must have CDL with Hazmat, Air Brake & Tankers

REVENUE ACCOUNTANT

Location:  MALAYSIA

Job Description:
·         Directly responsible in ensuring that Revenue accruals and actual are prepared in line with both BH Policy, standard processes and Accounting rules and conventions. This includes journal reviews of month end adjustments and accruals and other adjustments/accruals as required. Ensuring the related costs of revenue and other associated accounting entries are correctly posted.
·         Set up contract validation structure, standard templates and processes and executing the task and ensuring compliance of accounting with contract clauses. This includes Technical evaluation of contracts from Revenue recognition perspective and requires skills for contract terms interpretation
·         Variance analysis during month to identify differences from accrual to actual numbers and correcting errors. Tracing the source of any errors and putting in place measure to stop re-occurrences. Contact relevant Customer Services / Country Accounting Center personnel to highlight significant variance to accrual to further ensure no errors on actuals have occurred.
·         Prepare, document and keep up to date processes for accounting role.
·         Prepare, Approve and Review the monthly balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the BHI team and Accenture. Provide advice and support to the team with regards to correcting entries required.
·         Conduct related GL closing activities ensuring that they are completed in time and accordance to the set guidelines
·         Implement best practices in RAC viz. lean six sigma practices and standard processes which benchmark global best practices.
·         SAP analysis of various co. codes which involves analysis of other general accounts as well on a regular basis and advising improvements and corrective actions.
·         Assist and support other EFO teams/groups as required
·         Work closely with External and Internal Auditors to assist in completion of all audits.

Job Requirements:
