SENIOR MANAGER

Job Description:
Leading the development and implementation of complex strategic projects across the GLC that will result in a single customer proposition for reward and recognition across Etihad Airways Partners - a design that solves for optimal airline/program/customer results. This will involve solving for problems that the alliances have failed to address - elite benefits without numerous exceptions, redemption and upgrade access across all EAP airlines. Drive effective communication across multiple stakeholders to ensure timely decision making.
Working in close collaboration with other EAP departments (revenue management, marketing, guest experience, finance, etc.) to determine optimal outcomes across multiple stakeholders (airlines, programs, customers, and partners).Developing business cases to support the cost / benefits evaluation of proposed projects. Maintaining awareness of ongoing activities within each GLC vertical to act where necessary to ensure alignment with the overarching GLC vision. Accountable for leading PMO within the GLC to prioritize and monitor the progress of key projects across the GLC. Liaising with Corporate PMO to ensure that all project tracking and approvals processes are being adhered to in accordance with Etihad corporate policy. Leading benchmarking initiatives to ensure program competitiveness in each GLC region. Overseeing GLC programme economics (rate per Mile, breakage etc.) and optimisation in coordination with Finance.













Job Requirements:
·         University degree (Bachelor level) in relevant commercial field.
An additional degree or certification would be an advantage (e.g. MBA, CFA, CA, etc.)
·         At least 8 years' experience in delivering strategic loyalty projects within a management consulting firm or an internal consulting unit in a major industrial or commercial organisation.
·         Must be able to demonstrate experience in loyalty program design and preferably in a frequent flier context.
·         Proven track record of delivering complex strategic projects from design through implementation.
·         Technical skills in strategic and sales planning and strong customer orientation.
·         Must possess extensive market and competitive knowledge.

SALES MANAGER

STATION MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Description:
  • Perform technical maintenance on different types of aircraft according certifications/licence,to ensure timely defect detection and accurate repair in compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Review and verify tasks execution according to ensure maintenance is conducted in compliance with work instructions and regulations
  • Control and certify own and others operations on the different types of aircraft to ensure compliance with regulations, standards and work instructions
  • Assign tasks and coordinate technicians and engineers teams to ensure the smooth execution of maintenance operations in compliance with safety standards,regulations,internal policies and agreed schedule

AIRPORT OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description:
  • Coordinate and monitor activities to ensure compliance with safety and security standards
  • Monitor, report and make recommendations on on-time performance to support accurate monitoring of relevant indicators
  • Review and analyse relevant indicators to suggest improvement actions in order to maintain / exceed the performance targets
  • Manage the relationship with relevant stakeholders (e.g. airport authorities, airline representatives, security and third-party contractors) to ensure smooth and seamless loading / unloading of goods in line with service levels

  • Provide the Vice President Network Planning with timely advice and support in all network planning, development and optimisation activities
  • Formulate and adapt Etihad Airways’ network strategy, and ensure that this network strategy is followed in all elements of the airline’s network planning, development and optimization activities
  • Lead the development and annual refresh of a long term strategic network plan, setting out Etihad Airways’ network strategy and route development plan for the next 10 years. Provide as an output of this plan a 10 year operating plan and passenger and revenue forecast. The plan will be used by both internal and select external stakeholders for all long term planning assumptions and activities
  • Lead the development and annual refresh of a mid-term strategic network plan, setting out Etihad Airways’ network strategy and plan for the next 5 years. This plan must be built with fully dated schedules and include detailed operating statistics and passenger / revenue forecasts for inclusion in the company’s 5 year financial plan

SENIOR MANAGER NETWORK PLANNING

Job Description:
  • Review complex and strategic analysis executed by the Network Management team to ensure effectiveness, accuracy and compliance to internal standards
  • Participate in the decision making process of schedule changes impacting key routes to ensure the feasibility and profitability of the change
  • Participate in the development of network strategy and oversee implementation to increase optimization and efficiency.
  • Design long and short-term Operating Plans through effective deployment of fleet to ensure continuous growth and profitability
  • Evaluate strategic alternatives in network planning, such as aircraft redeployment scenarios, fleet mix and interior specifications and suggest improvements in fleet operations in terms of weight savings and performance enhancements, to maximize cost efficiencies and revenue potential.
  • Participate in the selection and definition of partners and partnership agreements to ensure top management decisions is supported by relevant data
  • Provide timely advice to support all network planning and development activities to ensure maximum network profitability.
  • Manage the assessment, evaluation and contracting of feasible passenger charters on ad hoc basis, to ensure that demand is properly met to maximize profitability for the Airways Group
  • Take decisions on key seasonal schedule changes to optimize profitability ensuring maximum connectivity (including capacity adjustment, frequency, departure/arrival time)

CABIN SENIOR

Location: United Arab Emirates

·         In charge of narrow bodied aircrafts and/or in charge of Economy class on wide bodied aircrafts managing and leading a cabin crew team.

·         Confident in water and be able to swim with aid of a flotation device or at least 25 meters unaided in open water
