Job Description:
  • Demonstrates understanding of database concepts to ensure integrity of the data.
  • Provides end-user support and training to Boeing Communication System (BCS) users.

The Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) program's Ground Based Interceptor (GBI) team has a need for a Staff Analyst to support day to day operating rhythm of the team.  This role will include gathering, compiling, and evaluating data and information for product status and team performance; coordinating and facilitating regular team meetings; creating presentation material for effective communication of data provided by teammates/suppliers/customers; develop and/or implement product status tracking tools; tracking and driving closure of open items such as action items and non-conformances; expediting product needs such as document changes and signatures; assist Director with customer or program requests as needed.  
            Other duties may include: Collects and assembles data from multiple sources. Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues. Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events. Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials. Gathers customer requirements for projects. Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan. Engineering Student Internship in Information Assurance and Systems Cyber Security for the Commercial Satellite Systems Iridium program located in Chandler Arizona.  Position supports configuration, installation, upgrade, and maintenance of server software. This position should have experience as a task or project lead. Must be able to define requirements, business partner with other areas of Accounting & Finance to understand impacts to revenue recognition, accounts receivable balances, billed & unbilled AR, Financial Statement Footnotes, develop project/task timeline/milestone schedule and provide timely statuses & presentations to all levels of management in the Enterprise.
