TREASURY EXECUTIVE
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Job Description:
·         Compile all necessary documents required for new and renewal of banking facilities.
·         Assist in monitoring servicing of interest payment and rollover of loans as and when they fall due.
·         Liaise with bankers and/or lawyers and/or nominees on loan related matters.
·         Monitor and handle rollover/repayment of loans and the discharge of security.
·         Ensure proper statutory filing for all the banking facilities or security charged/ discharged.
·         Assist in compilation of various periodic/ ad hoc treasury reports.
·         Perform any other related duties or ad-hoc assignment.
Job Requirements:
·         Candidates must possess a Degree / Diploma in Business Studies/Accounting/Finance or related field.

Job Description:
·         Responsible to ensure successful, cost effective and timely implementation of project deliveries.
·         Conducting feasibility studies, liaising with the authorities and co-ordinate well with consultants and contractors.
·         Monitor/oversee performance of contractors and review architectural and engineering drawing to ensure all specifications and regulations are being followed.
