NSF MATERIALS MANAGER

Job Description:
·         The receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control (manual and/or automated), physical security and issue of materials and equipment.
·         Identifying the need and completing the action for all unsatisfactory, over, short and damaged material and equipment received at project temporary operating and jobsite locations.
·         Directs the preparation of procedures and instructions establishing material control responsibilities and methods of operations pertaining to material management activities at NSF. This responsibility specifically includes but is not limited to project procedures, which must be in compliance with approved Standard Work Process Procedures with approved variations if required.
·         Continually reviews performance at NSF.
·         Establishes data to be collected to measure performance on a regular basis in alignment with corporate standards. Directs the distribution of these metrics for management review, both functional and project.
·         Assists PFPM in establishing and monitoring a continuing program to monitor all materials at NSF.





































































DOCUMENT CONTROL SPECIALIST

Location: Pueblo, CO
Job Description:
·         Based on established work processes, review, log, copy, distribute and file all outgoing and incoming communications, construction documentation, submittals and other document types.
·         Prepare and process records for scanning and archiving.
·         Perform quality control of scanned images and data entry.
·         Extract reports and perform a variety of queries using other standard office automation and InfoWorks.
·         Provide general and technical support to project personnel in the use of InfoWorks.
·         Perform data entry and query functions as needed using InfoWorks (Bechtel’s electronic document management system) and other databases as required; interfacing with Document Control Process, review, log, copy, distribute and file various Operations documentation
·         Provide clerical support for project and plant safety.
·         Establish and maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system of project documents or departmental documents, such as safety, engineering design, procurement and supplier documents, manuals and procedures, communications or any other department-specific materials.

Job Requirements:

Job Description:
·         Establishing and managing the detailed Engineering RAM Strategy and Management Plans and support processes
·         Working in conjunction with the individual Project RAM Manager, developing project specific approaches to management of RAM activities and facilitating compliance with European standards EN50126, EN50128 and EN50129
·         Undertaking work to quantify the expected performance of the railway in terms of RAM (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) targets.

Job Description:
·         Provides input on bid decisions, proposal development, and estimates (scope, constraints, schedules, budgets) with respect to integration and compliance with safety requirements.
·         Provides technical support to safety studies, health assessment studies, and project risk assessments.
·         Coordinates appropriate consideration of safety requirements with subcontracts, engineering, and construction personnel as assigned.
