Job Description:
  • Reports to Manager MCC and is responsible for the control of ABY aircraft defects, whether the aircraft is airborne or on ground.
  • Prepare, review, assess and distribute completed Daily fleet status sheet reflecting the actual Fleet condition and make sure all AMP tasks are carried out within the limit of time, cycle and dates.
  • Prepare TSRs and call ups plus order spare parts to control the aircrafts defects.

Job Requirements:

  • Be able to make quick decisions on technical related items.

AIRCRAFT TECHNICIAN

Job Description:
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on ABY and 3rd party aircrafts during maintenance inputs.
  • Ensure that proper knowledge is being applied to the task assigned and in accordance to the policies and procedures of the company.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all pertinent safety precautions as published in manufacturer manuals and other publications.
  • Ensure that all work meets the standards required by ABY policy, procedures and regulatory authorities.

  • Raises the necessary Purchase Orders on the RAL Inventory control system & Follow-up for on-time Delivery.
  • As requested by the Stores Inspector, ensure that any stores discrepancies related to part number, quality or damaged material are promptly resolved with the suppliers.

Job Requirements:
  • Graduation in any stream & Minimum 3 year Experience in similar capacity within the aviation industry.

  • Analyze member data and work closely with cross functional stakeholders to develop and implement targeted promotions to drive member behaviour.

The Ancillary Revenue Supervisor is responsible for developing strategies and action plans to achieve the annual ancillary revenue budgets for all Air Arabia Group airlines. Through the creation of reporting and monitoring mechanisms, as well as following market developments and benchmark competitor offers, he/she will analyse existing revenue streams and identify future opportunities
In this role, the job holder is will be required to propose and take ownership of the implementation of internal and external projects for improvement of existing ancillary revenues. He/she must liaise and work with different internal stakeholders to ensure the successful launch of new products and improvement of existing ones.
The role is also responsible for identifying potential partners and negotiation of agreements while building/maintaining the day-to-day relationships with suppliers.

CABIN CREW MANAGER

Job Description:
  • Review and identify areas, which affect the company standards/image and recommend solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day crew issues including welfare of crew; standards of grooming; attendance, punctuality and disciplinary matters etc.  Review complaints involving Cabin Crew and helping to incorporate 'lessons learnt' into briefings, training sessions, procedures, etc.
  • Checks rosters for Cabin Crew, ensuring fair and equitable distribution of assignments. 
  • Responsible for the overall performance management of the crew and the Crew Movement Officers ensuring all aspects is taken into account.
