DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE PRODUCTION OPERATIONS

Job Description:
·         Manage the health of the global operations function by building a knowledge base of human resource capabilities, ensuring appropriate staff development plans are in place and that systems for recognising and developing talent are in place and functioning.
·         Create and maintain standards and guidelines for common processes and practices which underpin excellence in production efficiency and process safety. Ensure these are effectively communicated to relevant operations people.
·         Maintain and continuously improve systems for performance management of production operations. Analyse data streams from the business units in order to identify systemic performance gaps and support the business units in closing those gaps.
·         Challenge the business units to deliver continuous improvements in operations performance through building strong relationships with key leaders across the company.

OFFSHORE ELECTRICAL AUTHORITY

Job Description:
·         Promote an incident free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture
·         Act as offshore Senior Electrical Authority
·         Be Responsible to the OIM for all matters of Electrical Safety on the installation.
·         Fully conversant with Electrical Safety rules and Isolation procedures
·         Responsible for control of all work on electrical equipment carried out by competent and authorised electrical persons.
·         Control and operation of main and emergency power generation, electrical operation, switching, Planned Maintenance, fault diagnosis and corrective maintenance and installation of electrical equipment
Job Requirements:
·         Conversant with Electrical Safety Regulations.
·         Thorough knowledge in installation, operation and maintenance of Offshore Electrical equipment.

Job Description:
·         Act as manpower contract focal for all Campaign manpower contracts. Monitor and feedback on contractor KPI’s, assist the Contract holder’s in meeting company KPI’s, maintaining contract data and following up on actions.
·         Act as the interface between offshore and all campaign manpower contractors.
·         Carry out initial screening / telephone interviews for new contractor incumbents.
·         Assist in the implementation of manpower management processes
Job Requirements:
