Job Description:

·         Monitor the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
·         Leads in formal compensation surveys, interprets the survey data and monitors the market salary lines, changes, & trends with respect to cost of living, inflation, housing etc. Liaise with salary survey agencies for group salary surveys as and when required
·         Designs and implements specific compensation & benefits policy.
·         Leads in the reviews of salaries for conformance to company policy.
·         Providing support to other departments across the organisation in developing and finalising job descriptions in accordance with Company Policy.
·         Conduct job evaluation of various positions across the organisation, using appropriate primary and secondary sources
·         Prepares statistical analysis, summaries and recommendations for management reports
·         Conducts statistical analysis of compensation data as requested
Job Requirements:
·         Bachelor degree in Business Management OR HR Management OR related discipline
·         Membership of regional or international compensation & benefits association desired
·         Strong working knowledge in statistical analysis/methods required.

Job Description:
·         Review the external market and existing policies and recommend revisions when there are required changes to ensure our policies and procedures remain relevant.
·         Develop new HR policies and procedures in conjunction with the process owner.
·         Conduct appropriate research, studies and surveys in support of policy development and highlight key findings to support policy improvement initiatives. 
·         Review procedures to ensure they remain current / viable and revises where required.
·         Maintain policy manuals for all Dolphin Energy locations within Qatar and distribute new and revised policies & procedures, leveraging best practice to ensure a consistent, professional process. 
·         Review potential policies in order to ensure they do not conflict with the labor law or government regulations and directives in Qatar.
·         Provide clear interpretation of policies to HR Business Partners and HR Officers so they can in turn communicate to line managers and employees.

Job Description:
·         Coordinate the activities and resources of the assigned First Response Team during the shift and ensure effective implementation of emergency response plans and procedures.
·         Respond to fire and emergency cases promptly, according to emergency response procedures and plans, as determined by Standard Operating Procedures, in addition to interacting with RLC Fire & Rescue services and oversees contracted RLC firefighters as required, and acting as the Incident Commander as applicable.
·         Perform the emergency response and rescue operations in case of fire and emergency alarms, as soon as the emergencies occur, ensuring promptness, effectiveness and speed of operations, as well as coordinating the safe operation of fire and rescue equipment at the scene of the emergency.
·         Plan and coordinate daily inspection activities at the start of each shift, to ensure that all firefighting and rescue equipment is in good operating condition and maintained in a ‘ready to go’ condition, whilst also ensuring that all scheduled maintenance is duly undertaken and recorded.
·         Maintain an inventory of all firefighting and rescue tools and equipment for the plant and offshore facilities, and report any repair and replacement requirements to ensure that all rescue equipment, including breathing apparatus, is always maintained, cleaned and ready for emergency interventions according to company procedures and standards.
Job Requirements:
·         Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
·         Qualification as Breathing Apparatus Instructor and First Aid
·         Professional certification in Fire & Safety, QHSE, or other related fields would be an advantage
