SERVICE DESK ANALYST
Location: Epsom
Job Description:
·         Act as a central point of contact for the reporting, prioritisation and resolution of IT service quality and availability issues
·         Record incidents on our work management system in line with best practice, troubleshooting over the phone and passing on details to service team
·          Provide a friendly and professional service often under pressure, keeping colleagues updated about the status of their Incident
·         Work shifts between 7am to midnight and once trained take part in a rota to provide 24/7 support
Job Requirements:

CHIEF MECHANICAL ENGINEER - DEFENCE

Job Description:
·         Take a lead role in client engagement and the development of client relationships.
·         Provide strong technical representation for Atkins to clients providing reassurance of Atkins’ technical ability and the overall quality of the work delivered.
·         Take responsibility for the internal technical governance and quality of all deliverables to several major clients.

Senior Water Resources Engineer/Project Manager

Job Description:
·         Performs project design, sketching design concepts to be developed by junior engineers, CAD designers or technicians.
·         Plans and reviews the production of engineering drawings and specifications.
·         Plans and reviews the production of engineering investigations or planning work.
·         Develops and evaluates plans and criteria for new projects, weighing alternatives and selecting the most cost-effective solution.

Senior Water Resources Engineer - FEMA





Location: Calverton
Job Description:
The applicant will complete new hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) analyses that conform to NFIP guidelines and specifications.  Floodplain mapping will be completed using the results from the hydraulic analyses along with digital terrain data.  These tasks will involve the use of various H&H engineering software as well as Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software.  Engineering databases, reports, and work maps will be developed and completed by the applicant.   The applicant will complete quality control reviews and oversee H&H analyses completed by junior engineers, and will assist in the management of engineering tasks and projects, including cost estimates and scheduling.  The applicant will also assist with activities related to CNMS data and the validation of flood hazard data.   In addition to the tasks listed above, the applicant will also complete and/or assist with other various engineering projects related to water resources and civil engineering.  These projects may include, but are not limited to, storm water planning and design, watershed master plans, and transportation drainage plans.
Job Requirements:
·         B.S. in Civil Engineering (preferably with a specialization in Water Resources).  5-10 years of work experience.
