Deliver reliable network and security infrastructure services to the business by providing architectural, engineering, and operational support to meet business objectives within global and regional parameters.
Service Base: Regionally: 200+ sites and 6000+ users, Globally: 1000+ sites and 60000+ users
Network systems supported: 300+ network devices regionally, including but not limited to routers, LAN switches, firewalls, proxy servers, load balancers, TOIP, door access system, and video conferencing located in the central Singapore data center and distributed across affiliate locations.
To be responsible for the quality of the Telecom services that are delivered globally.
Manage all projects and operational activities related to Telecom Services or as assigned taking into consideration the cost and security aspects while providing the best quality and availability to the business.
Define, maintain, recommend and optimize Telecom Incident and project processes/policies :
Telecom technical leader for specific service line as assigned.
Manage telecom proximity incident for Singapore offices and Data center.
To provide necessary reports required for customer — incident / operational/project.
To provide and share technical knowledge/experience within the Telecom/Security (TLS) team.
To provide a good visibility for all Security projects in APAC and ME regions.
Ensure good project tracking: including, portfolio update, and project closure, invoicing and billing tracking. Involved in gathering client needs
Participate in on-call rotation as required.
Participate in synchronization meetings required with EMEA Factory Team
Define, maintain and review documentation for Network projects and procedures for uniform implementation and operations throughout the company to meet global and regional standards and policies.
Provide technical, budgetary and operational recommendations to business representatives, team members and other IT departments for definition and evaluation of solutions for Network infrastructure and applications.
Contribute to projects or tasks within a project to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Contribute to developing a recovery plan to ensure Network infrastructure and services availability in case of emergency.
Context and Environment
Work closely with global and regional IT groups, business units, and vendors to support initiatives and solutions. Works under minimal supervision
Global Technical perimeter: Globally: 1000+ sites and 60000+ users within 130 countries
Regional Service Base: 200+ sites and 6000+ users, 200+ devices in APAC perimeter.
The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates and the subsidiary will provide either a furnished accommodation or will grant an accommodation allowance.
