Asset Servicing Consultants
Location: Singapore
JOB Description:
Manager
This is primarily a management role overseeing a team of consultants, whose objective is to provide premium level support across the Datascope service offering.

Essential Responsibilities
Manager Role:
- Ensure we deliver top-level customer experience through the use of the service experience framework (soft skills, effectiveness & process)
- Evaluate and effectively coach Consultants with a heavy emphasis on knowledge assessment and service improvements
- Establish and maintain relationships with other resolver groups across the organization to ensure appropriate resolutions are provided in a timely and accurate manner. Key resolver teams include Product Management, - Product Operations, Customer Service Management, Tech Support, Entitlements, Customer Admin and multiple Account Teams
- Consolidate customer feedback on data and products to Business and Product owners to influence product evolution toward best meeting client needs
- Operational Management (ensure sufficient resources to support both prospective and BAU clients meeting agreed SLA’s via all channels)
- People/Talent Management (including active performance management, personal development plans, year-end reviews, recruitment)
- There will on occasions a requirement to actively support the team and engage with clients
- Consistently upgrade your platform knowledge
- Construction of detailed spreadsheets and Excel models that support client research and analysis activities
- Manning the support phone line in times of high volumes/scare resources
- Resolving email queries from clients via the Consultancy inbox in times of high volumes/scare resources







Job Requirements:
Educational Qualifications & Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject (Business or Finance)
Preference for post-graduate qualifications (Finance or related area including study towards MBA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA, CAIA)

JOB Description:
  • The performance of own unit to meet business requirements of key stakeholders (content, product and support groups), in alignment with Global Content Strategy.
  • Responsible for resource allocation, planning and management of one or more teams.
  • Meet Global ETI Content Service and Quality targets in an effective manner.
  • Adhere to and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Lead teams (can be remote teams) to ensure that production unit uses all available resources within financial targets to meet customer and operational targets.
  • Sustained and enhanced operational output consistent through change.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to maximize resources and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the appropriate recruitment, training and management of employees to achieve high professional operational standards.
  • Ensure department is successful and achieves business plan objectives working with other departmental managers to establish further goals for Data.
  • Escalate issues appropriately.
  • Executes on the vision that is set by the Regional Production Manager.


Job Requirements:
  • Graduate or equivalent with 1-2 years minimum experience in data,
  • Fluent English
  • Second Asian language skill an advantage
