Sr. Front-End Developer

Location : New York 
Description:
  • Design, launch, and maintain the front-end of the product
  • Work with other team members (Full-Stack, Back-end, PM, Design) to design and implement system architecture.
  • Participate in regular scrums and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products
  • Create highly optimized, scalable, redundant, and distributed software
  • Come up with creative solutions to complex problems at scale.  
Qualification:
  •  4+ years of professional front-end development experience.
  • Expertise in Javascript and JS-based technologies.  You have strong opinions on Javascript best practices.  
  • You either love or hate libraries like Angular JS and you can support your argument with compelling points.  
  • You’re comfortable with HTML5, CSS3 and CSS compilers, and are laughing that we even included these as prerequisites.  
  • Some level of experience with a backend language:  Ruby, Python, PHP, Java, etc.  
  • Experience with responsive design and proficient in AI/PS.

Mobile Product Manager

Location : New York 

Description :
  • Drive the early stages of a new iOS mobile application designed
  • Build an intimate knowledge of the customer, gained through interviews, customer surveys, market research, and user testing
  • Build and maintain a deep knowledge of the data
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of the competition, and industry and market trends
  • Investigate and validate opportunities through ideation sessions, user testing, conducting surveys, deconstructing competitor products, and reviewing customer feedback
  • Prepare product opportunity assessments, including background, problem and solution overview, objectives and selected rough mocks
  • Define product to be built, including writing product specifications, product requirements, mock designs, wireframes, etc.
 Qualification :
  • Experience with IOS product development

Product Designer

Location : New York 


Description:

  • Collaborate and lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
  • Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes.
  • Let users lead the way. Our users inform where we are going. Our teams focus on listening to users, and letting their needs guide us to the best solutions.
  • Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges.
  • Produce pixel-perfect screens to be handed off to engineering.

Qualification:

  • 3+ years of cross platform (web, mobile, tablet) UX / UI design experience.
  • Expertise in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent software) is a must!
  • Prototyping tool (Invision App) knowledge is a big plus
  • Understanding of web design technologies (and their limitations) and ability to communicate your ideas to others
  • Excellent layout, typography, and iconography skills

Customer Success Specialist

Location : New York 


Description:
·         Manage and prioritize all incoming inquiries from event organizers and attendees
·         Curate Splash support to be a combination of technical expertise and event planning best practices
·         Troubleshoot platform issues and communicate with Product and Development teams for resolution
·         Create tutorials, write FAQ articles, and moderate Community posts in the Help Center
·         Proactively engage with community members to initiate open feedback
·         Provide live phone support for the CMS platform
·         Analyze customer experience and user behavior to influence product roadmaps
·         Coordinate with marketing team to develop social content for all platforms
Qualification:

·         BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
·         2+ years of experience in Journalism, Communications, Hospitality or Service Industry
·         Expert with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, social media management tools, and relevant software programs in your field
·         Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must
