Safety Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Description
•           Supports plans & procedures (AAPP’s) which are relevant to the Safety Certification of the Metro, the Tram and the Long Distance
•           Supports Safety Review Panel (SRP) decision making and associated processes.






•           Meets the Key Performance Indicators and division objectives targets agreed with Director, Rail Safety & Regulation
 Qualifications
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering or in a railway related area.
Project Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
Description
•           Liaises with project stakeholders and suppliers on an ongoing basis and keeps them aware of progress or delays and assists in finding resolutions.
•           Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team (QR, PMCs, Contractor).





•           Monitors the success of the project delivery and team members’ performance and provides input when required.
•           Administers the delivery of the project and ensures that deadlines are met and the work progress meets the project plan.
•           Liaises with the Project controls Manager to develop a work schedule for assigning resources to the activities required to complete the project.
•           Supervises the administration side of the project. 
•           Drafts status reports to the Senior QIRP Director and Project Director to report issues and updates on the site
•           Provides supports to the commercial team to negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.
•           Undertakes surveys and analyses of QHSE on the site to ensure that Qatar Rail’s QHSE regulations are strictly followed.
Qualifications
Professional qualifications (Minimum Degree Level) in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or an associated discipline)
Legal Counsel
Location: Saudi Arabia
Description
An attorney with 7 plus years post admission experience in providing legal advice on a range of commercial and procurement contracts;
interfacing with technical and commercial teams;
understands the nature of working in a legal department that is supporting  a world-class infrastructure project.
Ensures that the activities of the Company are conducted lawfully and in compliance with all relevant contracts, procedures and regulations.
Provides full legal service to delivery and operations teams in co-ordination with other Qatar Rail departments and external legal counsel.
Drafts, reviews and provides advice on commercial and corporate contracts and procurements, including tendering processes.
Provides advice and guidance to the Procurement Department in the preparation of ITTs, and related documentation for major contracts.
Deals with external legal counsel in an efficient and cost effective manner while obtaining external legal advice as required by the Company from time to time.
Supports and assists in developing Corporate Governance policies and programmes including monitoring compliance and providing education programmes.
Qualifications
Law Degree and admitted in a relevant jurisdiction.
