Senior Executive, GCIO Office


Requirements
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Commerce, Law, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum four (4) years’ working experience in business planning or strategy in a corporate or consultancy set up.
• In-depth business planning experience and competencies, including the use of leading business planning framework, models and tools.
• Strong conceptual skills with ability to structure and develop creative solutions to address problems.
• Results oriented with a high passion to excel.
• Ability to strategically analyse business and technology improvements which are beneficial to the organisation and drive changes to achieve results.
• Good understanding of ICT operation and commercial activities.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
• Good presentation and communication skills.






Responsibility
The Senior Executive is responsible to assist GCIO Office functions relating to governance enforcement, annual strategy review, business planning and performance management for PETRONAS ICT. He/she is responsible to support the establishment of PETRONAS ICT’s corporate roadmap, strategies, plans and clear key performance indicators (KPIs). This includes benchmarking the company’s performance against industrial partners. This position reports directly to the Head, GCIO Office.

• Monitor annual budgets, including revenues, costs and profit margins.
• Facilitate and execute activities related to the formulation of the company’s corporate roadmap, annual business strategies, plans and KPIs.
• Coordinate and conduct strategy reviews and developments, business evaluations and develop strategy papers.
• Conduct analysis and research on key improvement opportunities, internal business risks/issues.
• Provide support on governance management, business planning and performance management activities.
• Provide administrative support to the CIO Council Secretariat.
• Manage ongoing internal and external stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy and business objectives.
• Facilitate ongoing improvements of corporate governance framework, policies and processes that are aligned with best practices to ensure proper governance of PETRONAS ICT.
