The Land Transport Authority (LTA) is a statutory board under Ministry of Transport that spearheads land transport developments in Singapore. We are seeking dynamic individuals who are highly motivated & passionate about their work to join us.

You will process vocational licence applications and assist in the issuance of vocational licence to successful applicants. You will also be required to attend to walk-in enquiries from members of the public on matters pertaining to vocational licensing and assist in the preparation of vocational licence photo-cards. You will be required to assist in the streamlining of work procedures and operational guidelines to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team, and perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by your supervisor. 


Requirements: 
• GCE A level certificate; OR
  3 GCE O level passes including English/ Maths; OR 
  3 GCE N level passes including English and Maths; OR 
  NITEC (Service Skills, Office) / Higher NITEC (Business Studies, Administration) Certificate 
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Pleasant personality with a good command of spoken and written English
• 2 years' experience in a service industry would be an advantage
