Head of e-Commerce
JOB Description:
  • UK & ROI e-Commerce Sales and Profitability performance: Working collaboratively with Digital Marketing and CRM to drive traffic to our digital platforms and drive conversion through a talented team of webmasters.
  • Develop and execute the e-Commerce strategy. The primary measures of success will be website conversion, average basket size, customer satisfaction, sales performance and operational efficiency. Other key areas will be proficiency in leading and developing an agile organisation and development of a high quality omni-channel customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our Global team to drive website innovation, including content presentation and personalisation and contribution to the UK & ROI roadmap.
  • Act as primary advocate, teacher and champion of e-Commerce. Guide our teams to prioritize work that will have maximum business impact, and ensure that teams are deeply cross-functional in order to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Continually advise on best practice Ecommerce techniques and improvements appropriate to the business as it grows.
  • Benchmark industry standards for sales performance, and drive planning and execution to achieve conversion growth goals.
  • Serve a key role in envisioning and producing a great omni-channel experience, allowing customers the ultimate in shopping convenience and brand engagement both online and in-store


You’ll be an experienced Head of e-Commerce with previous experience of having full accountability of channel performance, preferably with a premium brand. You’ll will have a performance mind set with a proven track record of enabling improved customer journey through your team utilizing your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be able to rapidly build strong, working relationships with your internal and external stakeholders.

You will help others to understand the importance of your team’s contribution to the overall vision and goals, You Must have a strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty (transparency and trust), have a Service delivery orientation and a people development mind-set.

Have the ability to share a clear vision and have a clear management style with the capability to lead through your team and spot when to deep dive.

Ideally, you’ll have experience of working with large organisations with an omni-channel approach, but we are happy to consider those from a different background who have the requisite skill-set.

Industrial Performance Executive
JOB Description:
  • Lead, facilitate & monitor the implementation of process improvement initiatives within the factory.
  • Conduct focused improvement projects.
  • Implementation of continuous improvement tools within the factory, drive and co-ordination of CI team activities, including MDWTs.
  • Highlight to his/her colleagues of the factory management team unexploited improvement potentials, with the capability to convince, influence his/ her peers and boss and make things happen when not being in hierarchical position.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate and factory standards to provide consistent measuring, monitoring and improvement while safeguarding GIN 23.010, Capacity Utilisation, and Operation Excellence 2007 savings tracking.
  • Provide technical support and analysis including using industrial performance tools (OI Toolkit) to ensure successful completion of factory improvement projects. Conduct ad hoc trainings regarding the above tools and methods, including “train the trainers” if required.
  • Challenge, review and improve business (production & distribution) processes. Optimise systems use to maintain and improve competitiveness.
  • Ensure reporting systems to track performance prioritise and monitor factory projects are in place. Link factory KPIs and Business performance. Highlight and quantify the impact of the entire factory KPIs on the Business Results.

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Process Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing / production operation.
  • Certified Green or Black Belt from recognised company or program.
  • Direct involvement in successful performance improvements & cost reduction project.
  • Familiar with continuous improvement tools & concepts i.e OI Toolkit, CI Toolkit
  • Has the ability to motivate, communicate and influence people in a non-hierarchical position.
  • Possess good analytical skills, creative and flexible to support new solutions
