Description
Reporting to the National Asphalt Support Services Manager, it plays a vital role in the efficiency, development and progress of Total UK Bitumen day-to-day operations, being the key point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal departments. The Sales & Marketing Support Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate provision of sales and customer reports whilst providing cover for Sales & Marketing Support activities including (but not limited to) Sales reporting, Budgeting & Planning as well as Marketing support.

Safety and Security Superintendent

Description :
Develop and administer the Safety Department budget and daily department activities.
Develop and maintain quality safety processes and procedures for the site. Responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing reporting to refinery management on the performance of Safety Management Systems and VPP.
Ensure that regulatory and Group/Branch HSS directives, Company Rules, guidelines and requirements are implemented and followed.
Ensure adequate and reliable systems are functional for fire detection and protection of refinery assets.
Manage incident reporting, investigation, analysis, monthly KPIs and reporting.
DOT compliance assistance for transportation and pipelines.
Serve on all emergency response teams and as Fire Chief or Field Incident Command; serve as Offsite Response Advisor for transportation emergencies. Serve in crisis management program development and crisis management functions.
Coordinate, develop and execute the risk assessment process for safe work.
Develop and execute safety plans for refinery turnarounds and capital projects and participate on turnaround and capital project planning teams.
Safety Advisor to management and employees on recognition, evaluation, and control of hazards.
Administer refinery Major Work Policy and work closely with contractors to ensure safe work practices.
Oversee the development of refinery security processes and procedures.
Coordinate internal and external safety audits for the refinery; participate on technical reviews as required.

Engineering Supervisor

Providing engineering support for the maintenance team.
Checking plant compliance to relevant standards including AMO standards.
Gather necessary engineering or technical documents, specifications and drawings and compiling into work packs.
Reviewing specifications of equipment and spares to be procured and identifying applicable standards.
Converting OEM user manuals into procedures or work instructions.
Reviewing work instructions and carrying out task analysis of the maintenance team.
Carrying out audits on the maintenance teams’ work as well as their compliance to PM schedules.
Developing suitable preventive maintenance inspections for all equipment and managing all inspection schedules on Intellex.
Auditing all systems used by E&M department e.g. SAP notifications, Intellex, Permit-to-work etc.
Contractor management – Ensures that all engineering/maintenance contractors on site comply with Total requirements (especially HSE).
Compiling and maintaining information on contractor performance and compliance to HSEQ standards.
Liaise with all departments in identifying and implementing engineering related improvement projects (kaizen implementation).
Assisting with establishing a suitable maintenance strategy for the plant
Monitoring and analysing engineering and maintenance spend on SAP to determine maintenance strategy effectiveness.
