·         Responsible for directing the Business Performance team and overseeing the collection and interpretation of data in support of both WM and D&C engineers with the objective of supporting continuous performance improvement for all aspects of the wells group business.
·         Provide ongoing support and be responsible for defined technical engineering tasks within other wells disciplines as required.
·         Production and maintenance of Scorecards to facilitate monthly performance dialogue discussions.
·         Ensuring operational reports are issued in preparation for managers? and engineers? morning meetings.

Job Description:
  • Ensure the ATOM database is maintained with all asset threats and opportunities
  • Manage ATOM KPI?s and the monthly reporting
  • Direct support for Production Efficiency Improvement
  • Support the management of ATOM System Threats ensuring production risks are clearly understood
  • Support the management of ATOM Threats and ensure they are up to date with all the accurate information from the asset
  • Route cause analysis experience, ensure 5 Why RCA?s Process is followed and all key learnings are understood then followed up

·         Reporting to the Wells Leadership team the Wells Senior H&S Advisor will manage H&S activity across the Wells team. The Wells Senior H&S Advisor will have an expert background in health and safety legislation and will be the key interface for all compliance H&S activities across Wells.

  • Hazard management; HSE Systems monitoring, maintenance, review & development

Job Description:
·         Reporting to the Sub-Surface Manager, Assurance the Reservoir Engineering Advisor will ensure the provision of high quality reservoir engineering support for subsurface assurance activities required for field development, appraisal and exploration projects. The Reservoir Engineering Advisor will act as the Reservoir Engineering Discipline Lead and Technology Application Champion.
  • Delivery of the reservoir engineering aspects of the TSEUK Sub-Surface Assurance process.
  • Supporting the delivery of the TSEUK Reserves Reporting process.

Job Requirements:
·         Degree qualified or equivalent, preferably to MSc or higher level
  • Extensive previous experience in reservoir engineering with Oil & Gas operating companies.
  • Recent hands on experience in analytical and numerical techniques.
  • Working knowledge of project management processes and subsurface assurance methodologies.
  • Preferably a Subject Matter Expert in one of the specialist RE domains, e.g. EOR, 4D, assisted history matching, streamline simulation or experimental design.

·         Support the Discipline Managers in their duties. Provide technical advice and ensure alignment of TSEUK guidelines, Wells Group procedures, technical standards and performance standards with respect to well integrity management, regulatory requirements and industry good practice.
·         Demonstrable management capability and interaction within multi-discipline teams carrying out well integrity related work at operational sites.
·         Function as Technical Authority for Wells, managing verification, maintenance and repair of wells.
·         Proven ability to define, document and provide guidance on Legislation, Operating Policies and Procedures, and the design, control, planning and executing of well integrity management activities for platform and subsea wells.
·         Extensive wide ranging experience in Well Construction and Well Operational activities.
·         Collator, analyst & interpreter of technical information. Providing TSEUK organization with clear guidance on the status of wells and recommendations for the future management of the life cycle integrity of every well on the assets for which the engineer is responsible.
·         Manage the assessment and documentation of well integrity deviations of non-compliant wells.
