Distribution Executive
Location: Singapore
JOB Description:
  • Facilitate the filing and distribution of fares, fees and surcharges by Head Office, and our sales offices to ATPCO
  • Manage the performance of the external fare filing vendor
  • Troubleshooting support to sales offices when there are pricing errors
  • Regular reviews of internal fares and fees' policies
  • Manage the free baggage allowance and excess baggage policies according to IATA 302, and ensure correct coding to ATPCO
  • Owner of the Fares Management System e.g. maintenance, troubleshoot, enhancements, user training, etc
  • Assess the fare levels for Global Marine Fares, Star Alliance Fare Products and any other fare products including fuel surcharges with other airlines, and make the recommendations for any change, and filing for distribution to market.
  • Reviews fuel surcharges with inputs from Company Planning department on fuel price fluctuations, and ensure correct filing to the market.
  • Increase the sales staff's awareness, training and knowledge of tariff matters.
  • Represent SIA for IATA tariff matters, and manage dissemination of such information to other relevant departments in the company.
  • Budget for all tariffs related products and services.

Required Skills
The candidate should possess a good university degree, preferably with Honours.

You will be handling one or more of the accounting areas that Finance Division encompasses, such as budgetary control, payments, payrolls, capital expenditure accounting, general ledger accounting, consolidation, management accounts, financial analysis, sales accounting, sales audit and revenue recovery. In addition, you may be involved in the review and implementation of accounting systems and/or perform relief duties when the station accounting heads are away from office. Required Skills

You should possess a good university degree, preferably with Honours in Accounting, Finance or Economics or an equivalent professional qualification recognised by ISCA. Knowledge of SAP FICO or SAP HR/Payrolls systems will be an advantage.

  • Manage projects, participate actively in planning, scheduling, and implementing projects assigned to you
  • Manage vendors to ensure they provide efficient development and maintenance support and smooth running of applications

Required Skills

You will be responsible for the delivery of superior service to Singapore Airlines’ premium Priority Passenger Service (PPS) Club members based in Singapore. You are expected to establish close rapport and enhance the loyalty of these members through various pro-active customer experience initiatives such as direct personal contacts, exclusive PPS Club events, etc. You will be the key contact point to them and ensure proper resolution to their feedback and requests on SIA matters.

Required Skills
