Leader, Fire Inspection Group

Job Description

The Fire Protection Department provides firefighting and emergency response services to all Petro Rabigh organizations.  The Fire Protection Department is seeking experienced professionals to provide advanced fire testing, inspection and engineering services. Also, to ensure all fire testing and inspection activities are done per the international standards or/and manufacturer recommendations in order to achieve Petro Rabigh safety objectives. This role functions independently and/or in team assignments and reports administratively to the Fire Training & Inspection Section Head.
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Fire Protection, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Preferable to hold NFPA certificates (e.g. certified fire protection specialist, National Fire Alarm Code Certification Seminar ... etc.)
  • Enrolled in all types of fire protection systems Testing & Inspection courses.

Lead Technician
Location:  Saudi Arabia
Job Description

Locate faulty equipment, determine nature of repairs and spare parts required to work correctly. Assess resource needs and perform repairs on assigned equipment as per job specifications and drawings to minimize equipment downtime and support operations. Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and ensure satisfactory repairs to minimize
equipment downtime. Prepare new or modified installations on assigned equipment after successful completing repairs and test for final acceptance to ensure proper functioning of equipment. Provide coaching to 2 to 4 Machinists (Lower Level) and supervise their work to ensure proper transfer of skills and performance as per standard codes and practices.
Coordinates work assignments and activities of the Craftsmen under his direction for compliance with Maintenance Schedules and Priorities. Deploys only required resources and performs general house-keeping and cleaning duties in the assigned work areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

16 - 20 years of progressive experience in a Refining and Petrochemical Industry. ITC qualified from Craftsmen (qualified & completed all the Core Tasks and Phases of the Maint. Training Program in the IDP Program).

Utilities Field Operator

Job Description

  • Basic understanding of mechanism and start/stop field operation Utilities / Refinery or Petrochemical equipment’s (e.g. Heat Exchanger, Pump, Compressor, Motor, Turbine, Manual valve, Control valve, Distillation column, Reactor, Furnace etc.)

Specialist Engineer, Reliability

Job Description

  • Prepare cost effective designs, processes and related data for engineering problems to ensure that work is completed as per deadline, engineering standards and PRC procedures.
  • Analyze engineering problems, with respect to scope, economic value, long range planning and budgetary considerations in order to support the development and formulate the basis for engineering studies in the field of rotating equipment including Reliability Centered Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance.
  • Recommend modifications in order to improve existing facilities and standardization, enhance safety and operability.
  • Review and consolidate reports on engineering studies, root cause analyses and investigation reports in order to support plant troubleshooting exercises and Management decision-making.
  • Provide coaching to lower other level engineers and supervise their work to ensure proper transfer and sharing of skills and work performance as per standards.

 Specialist Engineer

Job Description

  • Reports to Section Head, Engineering Inspection, and oversee and manage all Inspection Engineering Activities by the Inspection Engineers.  Ensures that Inspection Engineers will attend the relevant OME team meetings.  Ensure EIS Compliance, Inspection Program Implementation, Failure Investigations, Bad Actor Listing, and Reviews on OSI Program are performed by the Inspection Engineers in a timely manner.
  • Enforce strict compliance to industry codes and standards related to integrity inspections performed by the AIMD. Review major inspection findings and provide Engineering Support to enhance overall AIMD Quality and reputation. Ensure the relevant inspection reports (IWS and IRs) are issued with desired quality and comprehension and to expected accuracy.
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of Inspection Programs executed (Facility Wide) and initiate necessary revisions or alternative plans to reach the desired integrity goals without compromising the safety of the plant and quality of inspection.

Senior Safety Specialist

Location:  Saudi Arabia

Job Description

  •  Review engineering design packages for new installations and modifications to existing installation for compliance to fire & safety Standards.
