Airport Services Manager

Description

Monitor handling activities of ramp duties, with special emphasis on cabin cleaning.
Ensure timely delivery of arrival baggage in the baggage reclaim area.  Investigate any deviation from the set up standards.
Ensure safeguard of flight revenue documents and prompt dispatch to head office as per the laid-down procedure.
Ensure that company regulations are followed with regard to lost/found/damage baggage and that the time factor in this connection is not exceeded.
Ensure all discrepancies are reported in the station logbook and make RASM aware of corrective action taken along with recommendation to prevent recurrence.
Implement action plan for delayed flight and accomplish all the necessary steps in accordance with the laid-down procedure and ensure maximum attention and care provided to all passengers.
Adapt instructive guidelines for oversold flight on shift basis in line with the action plan – over-sale, brief of all staff under his direction and coordination with GHA for implementation.
Investigate passenger complaint and prepare detailed report for further assessment and action by Customer Relation Section. Copy RASM in the correspondence.
Prepare annual budget for the station identifying all required and applicable cost related activities.
Represent Oman Air at all levels at industry meetings including AOC and local governmental departments. Conduct regular briefing/debriefing sessions with shift in-charges towards improvement.
Present Monthly Reports to respective Regional Airport Services Managers, detailing relevant to airport services performances against KPIs, Customer Services Delivery Standards and Staff issues.

Agent - Customer Services

Description

Ensure a high standard of safety and security for staff, passengers, baggage, cargo, mail, aircraft and company property.

Make sure that Airworthiness Directives from respective authorities are available on time and inform the Assistant Manager Technical Publications if there is any anomaly.

Senior Accountant

Description
  Ensure proper supporting documents like rebate authorities, PTA telex messages, exchange coupons, void coupons etc. are attached with the audit coupons before forwarding the same to HO.
.       Reconcile BSP billing analysis to arrive at actual sales, refunds, tax, surcharges, commission for the period.  This is required as the amount shown under ACM in the BSP Billing Analysis may include incentive/PLB settlements for prior period/year, ACMs issued for advance remittance made by Agents if any, refund adjustments etc.
.       Verify the settlement of BSP billing by BSP.   Immediate follow-up for any short payment by agent under information to HO.  Ensure that ticketing authority has been deactivated immediately and proper follow up is made with BSP for the collection of short amount.  Proper provision needs to be made for the amount not collected/collectible.
.   Maintain register for issue of ADMs, ACMs, VMPDs and settlement of these ADMs & ACMs by the Agents with reporting period. 
.   Verify commission, incentives claimed are as per the circulars/instructions received from HO from time to time.
.   Process all credit cards locally for all manual tickets issued against credit cards.    A monthly summary should be forwarded to HO along with the sales reports on all credit cards processed and payment received.  Station has to process locally credit card sales of all manual documents issued at counter (manual tickets, tour packages, EBTs etc.)   All Etickets issued against credit cards are centrally settled through Sabre/Wirecard.

Education and Skills

Cabin Attendant

Description

- Responsible for ensuring safety on board by ensuring all passengers are wearing seat belts, all window covers are open, all doors locked and all seats are upright
- Responsible for providing first aid support to passengers on board during emergency situations
- Conduct necessary checks before flight to ensure cleanliness of cabin and passenger toilets, all catering ordered is loaded in satisfactory condition, no heavy objects are placed in the overhead bins and all escape exists are unobstructed and clearly visible to passengers
- Brief passengers in Arabic and English prior to flight including all requisite information outlined in the operations manual to compliance to regulations
- Attend to special attention passengers as directed by Senior Officer - Cabin Crew and ensure all passengers comply with the restrictions on smoking and use of seat belts and other safety precautions during flight

Education and Skills
